If you don't have a clue with buying a car or don't have someone with you that doesNot the place to go buy a car. I have a huge headache of a car now and they knew that of course. All about the money and don't care how it affects their customer.

Horrible service just trying to get ahold of anybody that will answer the phone there is impossible bought a car there in august safety was only good until December jason said they would do the safety when it expired I’ve been leaving messages no one responds to them real sketchy place

worst dealership to buy car from don’t do it. Bought a car for 30,000$ used and was a subaru wrx 2015, clutch blew 27k later(not due to my driving as the throw out bearing always liked making noise. if you buy a car for that price you’d expect it to be in decent condition, and even though it blew i was told i would be compensated for the labour so i waited days with an inoperable car, waiting for a call but nope they told me they would do NOTHING about it after i took time to call back. bottom line don’t buy a vehicle here this dealership is greasy

Terible service. I emailed them to see whats going on with my application someone called Jason replied said i was approved and hes looking for a car to match what i need.thus was 2 weeks sgo.I feel like reporting them to the better business Bureau highly not recommended to get a vehicle finance there

After a terrible experience with another dealership, New Start took us and did absolutely whatever it took to find us what we wanted. They were open and upfront about everything including financing. It has been a great experience for myself and my husband! Thank you so much Nick and Benna for all your hard work!

The service started out great I needed a car to get to work fell love with the one on the lot. Dealer advised hed make sure it would get safety inspected. I bought the car in June, he had an oil leak fixed could have safety inspected then. But he said he had a friend will do it. Well that friend never ended up doing it so now safety inspection is up taking it, it needs brakes and tires and not one set fail but both sets fail. Both sets were on the car for 4 months and all had different wear patterns. I feel taken advantage of. Like I was brushed off until the can say it was my responsibility to all the work done when we don't even know it was completely safe to begin with. Buyer beware guys if you buy from this lot. Make sure you get everything in writing I just had to pay an extra $500tjs5 should have been taken care of when I bought the car not cool at all. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of.

2nd vehicle purchased from new start auto and the 2nd time nick has went WAY above and beyond expectations to make sure my budget requirements and any other requests were met. Great mix of professionalism, friendliness and work ethic makes these guys 2nd to none ! Call, message or email and I guarntee you will drive away with the vehicle you were looking for at the price you were looking spend.

If I could give them no stars I would. They were great until the keys got into my hand. I recieved the car November 2nd or 3rd and I'm STILL waiting (February 3rd) for the paperwork so that I can put the car into my name. The car was delivered with no plates. So I can't even get those with no paperwork. I'm basically paying for a car that I'm not legally able to drive. It's been TERRIBLE!

Best dealership around, TRUST ME. I applied to many different dealerships, New Start Auto was the first to even call me back. Same day I was into a new car! (Which is a perfectly good working vehicle)GET THIS!So when I was on the lot, between then and 2 days later, the other dealerships had called me back to tell me that I was declined, In one circumstance, one dealership had told me that NO one will approve me until I fix my credit,NOT TRUE. The staff at New Start Auto made it happen. Thanks to them, I am finally rebuilding my credit while driving a perfectly awesome new car!Thanks again !
