Myself and my partner had our car vandalized. We dropped by northdale auto to see if they had any suggestions and they were so friendly and helpful from the beginning. Not only did they do a full inspection right there and then, they were so professional and nice to work with. They organized the rental car and made the process very smooth. The car looks brand new , they took their time and paid attention to so many details, their work did not go unnoticed!

I was referred to North Dale Auto by Waterloo VW for my rust and corrosion warranty. Dan and the whole team were so friendly, professional and went above and beyond with my car. The work looks great and they even detailed my car for me! I will 100% be using them moving forward for any future body work that needs to be done with my vehicles. Thanks friends!

Great people. Very fair pricing. Phenomenal workmanship.Went in to have some rust spots fixed and got a whole new car back! The estimate was very reasonable and came in bang on. Work completed on time. It shows that they are fussy and take the time to get things right. It was a bonus to discover they deep cleaned the inside of the car too!!!Best in town. Highly recommend this team.

Very happy with the body work and repair, it was not through an insurance claim and it was very easy.I’m very happy with the service. The colour matching is perfect, patching makes it look like a replacement panel was used. Car looks factory new.They also cleaned up the interior, and the work was on time (early, actually) and there were no billing surprises from the estimate.Booking times were very reasonable - we couldn’t get in immediately, but there wasn’t much of a delay. Besides, would you really want to go a shop that doesn’t have any other work going on?Very professional service. Great communication. The repair estimate and bill were itemized/detailed and quite reasonable. If I need more bodywork done, I’ll be back.

Primarily dealt with Dan and Cory for 2 recent repairs I needed for my car, and both times the car was delivered back to me in perfect shape and left me impressed. I can be picky with the appearance of my car, and while nervous to bring it to ANY body shop, I would happily return with confidence.Thanks again Northdale team!

While I have not had the work done yet I wanted to rave about the service I received just to obtain a quote. I felt welcomed and treated with kindness. I plan to get the work done as soon as I am able. What a great location. Thank you Dan and Bo!

10/10 experience. I walked in asking for a paint job for the (what I thought was deep) scratches around my car (little experience with cars) and they let me know it wouldn’t be worth it and to buy myself some polish and that I could take the scratches out myself!

Very thorough, detailed and focussed on doing the work right. Cory and his team are awesome . It is literally as if it never happened before.I got my SUV fixed after a fender bender and they did an awesome job. Highly recommended
