Great service on my AC repair today. Was there within a half-hour after my call, identified the problem immediately and had it fixed quickly. Friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. And all for a reasonable price! Would highly recommend for any AC or furnace repairs.

After our original dealer couldn't help us, Ryan came over to look at our Heat Pump & diagnosed the problem easily. He got it up & running again and we haven't had any problems since! He even taught me how to use the computerized thermostat that I thought I would never master... My husband and I recommend Ryan whenever one of our friends or clients has a concern with their HVAC systems.

Kalamalka Cooling, Heating & AC installed our propane heating system & hot water on demand in our new built home . Ryan was fantastic. Ryan at Kalamalka Cooling, Heating and Air Conditioning replaced our furnace from a boiler to natural gas, very quick and helpful with any questions, we then went back to Ryan to have him install our air conditioning, the same great service and quality of work!

Ryan attended my residence to diagnosis a complicated issue. He patiently went thru the trouble-shooting, isolated the problem, and fixed it expediently and within my budget. What was fantastic also, was no sales pitch, no up-sale, just worked with me and solved the problem. Great guy, great job, will continue to call Kalamalka in future and have already referred him to family and friends.

Ryan came out to get our new air conditioning unit started. He was extremely professional, punctual and helpful in taking the time to explain some of the finer details of our home's heating and cooling system. He also took some time to fix a problem with our fireplace while he was out. Overall, his level of service was above and beyond!!

With a dead furnace and temperatures dipping to -15C we needed a furnace. We called Ryan from Kalamalka Cooling, got a great quote, and had a furnace installed quickly. Since our hot water tank was 15 years old, we decided to upgrade that as well. It's nice to have heat back in the house.Thanks Ryan for the quick, friendly service. Looking forward to seeing you later this spring to finish up the air conditioning.
