As someone new to Canada I had tried a few different Mortgage Brokers to initially get our first mortgage and then again trying to re-mortgage through a Bank rather than a Mortgage Investment Company (MIC). I had a great credit score in the UK and then had to rebuild from scratch when I moved to Canada with my wife (who is Canadian and our 2 year old twins at the time)Nicole was absolutely fantastic in offering some solutions and things we could work towards. Nicole initially got us our first mortgage when nobody else could and then recently helped us again in re-mortgaging through a Credit Union and getting on to an ‘A Lender’. I totally recommend Nicole for her calm approach and explaining all the minute details to someone that is new to Canada! We will definitely work with her again in the future!

Nicole is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Won't get too far into the particulars of our mortgage, but I will say Nicole went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our decision and she made herself available any time we needed to contact her. We were in a bad situation with a Scotiabank mortgage and learned a very valuable lesson about mortgages which is why we shopped around for better options. We decided to use Nicole because of all the options she was giving us and the important information that was shared was certainly a perk. We needed to close on our old house in a timely fashion in order to make good on a new mortgage. Nicole was all over the lawyer and bank so that everything would close very quickly and it did.
