Luke helped me choose a tea. I bought items on sale that he advised as well. He was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I will visit again. The tea is delicious, very tasty they're vast variety makes it a very interesting tea store.

Lucas and Monique are a fantastic team. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and took the extra time and care to find tea blends I could try, as I need to be extremely cautious in choosing loose leaf teas due to allergies. I am excited to visit again.

Monique was knowledgeable, polite, and cool as hell. There was an effective team of intelligent, capable, polite, and approachable staff in the store who made sure I was happy with my purchases, treated with expediency, and received the best possible deal. A great introduction to the company. And the product is quality! Delicious, with flavours from around the world.

Great experience at T.Kettle in Oshawa Mall. Lucas and Kaleigh are awesome with great suggestions, great prices and lots of variety. You need to check them out - you won't be disappointed!

Lucas was very knowledgeable and helpful in navigating the different tea types, blends and flavours. He was enthusiastic and spent the time helping us decide what to choose based on our feedback. I never leave google reviews but the service was so good! We just went in to take a quick look and the staff, specifically a woman named Monique were extremely friendly ! She came over and let us smell all the teas we were interested, told us her personal favourite and what they were all good for. They also have some great sales and deals throughout the store, overall we had a great experience at T. Kettle!

Amazing staff! Eric helped me pick out some new flavors to try : GuangzhouMilk Oolong is great, a good morning kind of tea for me and Cinimon Chai is an amazing, cozy night time tea! Such great choices! Thank you Eric!
