H&R Block

I brought all my tax documents and left them with the receptionist, who made an appointment for a couple of day later. No more waiting around for ever and no worrying. I turned up for the appointment and my taxes are already done. The lady walked me through my tax form to show me what's what. Then she cut me a check, and I'm out the door.

Brenda is the only one in there I have had goo experiences I called into get an appointment the one who answered the phone clearly wasn't paying attention or didn't hear. I asked if they were accepting walk in and after a long delay my reply was I am good. So then after finally getting an appointment set up. I went into get to file and after the agent telling me I didn't file my taxes the way I said I did I went to go get the paperwork from last 3 years and she took on abother client In the 5 min it took. I've went to h and r block for that last 12 years I think I will file elsewhere from hear on out this is just this year's attempt last year wasn't much better
