I bought a jacket and their Mackage face mask yesterday sometime around noon and was super impressed with Sebastian and Alex. Both helped me with my emails prior to me coming into the store, and also held the jacket I had wanted overnight. Sebastian was super helpful, non-judgmental, patient, kind, chatty and never hesitated to answer my questions while at the store. I also wanted to give a shoutout to Alex. She was friendly, kind, and provided the best customer service.I was impressed with their diverse staff, as I know nowadays with high end retail, the staff hired tends to cater towards a certain type of customer and the staff don't usually speak conversational English, but this was not the case at this store. There also wasn't the vibe of a high pressure sales environment, plenty of inventory and sizes, and if I wasn't happy with the jacket, the staff stressed I could return it for a full refund within 14 days.I'm in love with my new jacket and amazing Mackage face mask (best face mask out there right now). I find the quality is much better than their competitor next door and I own one of them, so I can compare the two. Anyone debating on getting a Mackage product, don't hesitate. My jacket came in a super nice garment bag, shopping bag, and I'm happy with their lifetime warranty. Highly recommend.

I bought my 2nd Mackage jacket at this same location today as I needed to transition from winter to spring. I had bought the Melita women's jacket in army colour, but after deciding it wasn't the right jacket for me when I took it home, the staff at Mackage were more than helpful in letting me return it, and also held the jacket that I had wanted to replace it for. I walked in the store and Sharon already had the jacket ready for me when I walked into the store, I was amazed she remembered! Talk about service!Alex, the store manager, is always so helpful as well. I met her twice in person and she is always quick to reply to emails. Sharon was the friendly staff member that had helped me twice in person with the Melita and Bonnie jacket and she was excellent. Sharon was patient, down to earth, super easy to chat with, and always gave her honest opinion. All the staff are super easy to deal with and that's why I love coming back. They go the extra mile for their customers and are non-judgemental, and no weird stares.I'm always impressed with the store as it's always clean, all COVID pre-cautions in place, and simple. I also recommend the Mackage M2 mask, it's the best and worth the splurge. You just have to try it to believe it, and I'm almost wanting to purchase my 3rd one.

Worst customer service ever!Lifetime guarantee…..forget that!You have to pay for shipping to ship your jacket at your cost to get zipper change.No more from this brand ….Please do some research before buying from this company.Pay $1300 for jacket and you don’t receive any care after that.Buy from Canada goose or lululemon.

Definitely prefer this location over the one at McArthur Glen. They aren't as in your face and seem less pushy for sales. I like that Mackage is Canadian and the jackets are well made and use good materials for the cost.Sara was amazing she helped me with both my purchases. They didn't have my size and she ordered it online for me and had it shipped to my home. She even followed up afterwards to make sure I loved my jacket. When I mentioned I was interested in another she contacted me to let me know when they had it available in store. When I went in to try the second jacket another girl helped me because I could only go in on Sara's day off and that girl was lovely too. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. I wasn't sold on the second jacket and wasn't made to feel like I wasted their time in fact she looked for similar options in their catalogue (that weren't available instore or online yet) and contacted me when they received them in store.

I've been shopping at Mackage for many years now and Sara is amazing! She is patient, knows her product, and is always honest with her opinions. There is never any pressure to buy, nor is there an issue if I choose to return the jacket. I own several pieces from Mackage and I get compliments on my jackets all the time!

I will to share with you the most unbelievable experience of customer service and management failures in past 6 months. No respect from a fellow Sébastien, turned me away to do an exchange for credit i had for past 6monthsI have spend 3000+ and still don't have a jacket .1. ORDERED ONE, TOO BIG, Montreal office would not exchange until I purchased second jacket ! that was 400 dollars more. Excited I received replacement ¹ just to find it the next coat was used, tags ripped out, hanging ring, animal hair (img attached)...And not even then I was allowed to get a straight refund/exchange, yes until I payed for jacket 3!I finally got some service at Templeton store (the new jacket # 3),order was canceled as the item was out of stock by next day. The quality is hardly worth the price let alone negativity.GO TO TEMPLETON. ONLY location, place left with warm, effective people.The image of one of the coats I received. Far from 860$ joy I hoped for.

Stay AWAY from this store at all cost! WORST customer retail service I have ever experienced. The down jacket that I purchased a couple month ago was defective and when I asked for repair (not asking for refund or anything), I was asked to pay for shipping. Why are the customers getting penalized for your own quality issue?

I knew Mackage products have an amazing quality but what I loved the most is their PC team, they were really welcoming and helpful despite the current situation we're going through. The sales associate took her time explaining the features of the two jackets I was interested on and that made it so much easier for me to pick the right one. Definitely looking forward for next season collection!

Been waiting for half hour they post by the door they will be back 3:30 wow an hour break?Update;Came back here and this European lady was super friendly and helpful. She always ask if I need help.

I was not aware that Mackage had a storefront as I was previously shopping for their jackets at Aritzia and Nordstrom. Happily surprised with the array of jackets that they carried in all styles parka to leathers. Even though I was overwhelmed with the boxing week commotions, Mackage did a great job of running their business in a covid friendly style. At no point did I feel unsafe as they had many safety precautions while still giving me full customer service! Will come again just for the staff!
