The Golden Spoon
I have tried mostly all of the indian restaurants in edmonton and today i finally got the chance to have a meal at the golden spoon. Upon recommendation of my friend, i tried the speciality lemonade and it was absolutely fantastic. I will come back for the drink alone. The food on the other hand was also extremely delicious. We tried shahi soya chaap and paneer lababdar. Both the dishes were very well made with subtle unique flavors which i really enjoyed. Overall, the golden spoon is effortlessly one of the best indian restaurants in town in terms of food.Customer service was also really good. Staff was extremely polite. Very reasonable wait times. Will come back for sure!

Great service and the food is delicious. We ordered Lamb Roganjosh and it was so yum! Not alot of places can make that good. Coconut rice was on point too as well as the garlic naan. 3 dishes can feed 6 people. Lovely ambience and facilities are clean and well kept.

Words cannot describe how much delicious the food was, the gravies were so rich, creamy, flavoured and aromatic. Biryani presentation was outstanding, naan bread was so soft and fresh. Top spot for indian food in Edmonton. Kudos to the chef and owners!!

In my 14 years in Edmonton, this is the best place I had mixed meat platter. The food is hot, tasty and everything was cooked well. The quality, quantity and price makes this place ideal for a great family experience.The restaurant is clean and the ambiance great. Even though there were a few servers, the service was top notch. Param made sure everything was taken care of with a sweet smile. Thanks Param for the complimentary mint drinks . Krishna and the guy in the hat (sorry forgot to get your name) were really kind.Will be coming back soon to this place.

Oh man ! What a great vibe while seating inside the restaurant and eating mouth watering food , i never tasted this much great food while living in edmonton city from so long , great customer service , perfect set up , and for the food 11 out of 10 , mind blowing food ever i have ever tasted , great applause to sagar and the whole team of the golden spoon ❤️, will be back with the more people ❤️

This has become my go-to place for lunch, dinner or any snack cravings! The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly and patient. I've been coming here since they opened and the quality and taste has been the same which is amazing! I recommend this place to pretty much all my friends and family who would enjoy great Indian food!
