Excellent selection, good prices and quality clothes. Very good service. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of parking and next to no line up at till. Don't forget to ask for a discount, they have many partners that will net you some kind of discount, such as ama, etc.

Found 4 pairs of jeans in my size, that are NOT skinny jeans!!! In our area they only carry skinny jeans or ripped skinny jeans (neither a good look for an overweight woman). The best part was they were on sale. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the store was in disarray and the line up at the registers was very long (couple dozen customers) and there were only 2 cashiers and no others were called up and the one was leaving to go home in 5 minutes when I was still 5 customers back.

I found at Mark's what I needed and in the right size. They still had some Christmas stuff left to pick from. Also I got to use my 15.00 off coupon for signing up.

Customer service is horrible.Went to the cash,I was next in line 2 cashiers on. The one cashier looked at me and looked away.At this point I was the only one in line. Then the manager came up and paid for and inspected a pair of shoes.What she didn't have to wait in line?Two other employees appeared they were all socializing totally ignoring us.Finally I said something the manager looked at me ,did not apoligize, then said for someone to help her. What ever happened to the customer comes first?? Sorry for the inconvenience I will consider shopping elsewhere.

Always out of my husband and sons sizes (they are different sizes) so we started ordering online. Placed orders online last year to be delivered to the store, as the store helped place the order. They lost the order in the back" when they "found it" the pants were in the wrong size and a different colour and style then we ordered. They refused a refund as it was over 30 days

The store was supposed to be open at 9:00 a.m....but the girl finally opened 5 to10 minutes later. Looked like the girl working there did not want to be there. The store needs to be cleaned sometimes.

I went in looking for a dressier pair of walking shorts with a leg length about 6-8 inches. There were a lot of heavier cargo style or flimsier unstructured shorts both with 10 leg lengths
