I would like to give a huge shout out to Daniel Vaillancourt the Manager of this location . Yesterday I had to go to Orleans for a Funeral for a Friend on my way to the funeral I had a flat tire and had to change my tire in the rain with my wife holding an umbarella over both of us to stay somewhat dry. after the funeral was over i asked some of the guest at the funeral where was a good place to go to for service in the area a few people mentioned Speedy Muffler that was just a few hundred yards down the road from the funeral home . so I went there and now it is about 4:45 pm i figured that no one would want to start a job at this time of day and I had in my mind that I may have to drive back home on the spare tire that your not supposed to drive to far or to fast on . However Daniel had one of his staff bring the tire in and look it over to make sure it could be repaired safely they agreed that yes they could repair it and proceeded to do so . They then balanced my tire and rim and installed it on my car for me . I was so happy that they even looked at it for me at this time of day but when I asked him how much i owed them he said no worries it no charge I could not believe my ears as in this day and age you do not see this kind of service where someone goes that extra mile to help someone and I just wanted you to know that it was appreciated more than you will ever know. Thanks again to Daniel and the staff at Speedy Muffler in Orleans . you guys made my bad day not so bad.

Speedy Auto Orleans was amazing. They fixed and replaced the muffler on my VW even when parts were hard to find and get. They worked some magic to get the part I needed in a reasonable time. They did not try to upcharge me or fix anything that didn't NEED fixing without my permission. They were VERY honest and that is extremely appreciated. I will certainly be back when I need my next maintenance done.

Speedy auto glass has excellent customer service and friendly knowledgeable staff. I would recommend them for any autoglass repair or replacement. Obtaining a quote and scheduling an appointment, was so easy...all online. I just had to show up!

I called Dan this morning because my car was not even trying to turn over. After asking a few more questions, he told me that it was likely a battery issue and that if I could get the car boosted, he would keep a bay open for me to bring the car in right away. He also confirmed that he had the necessary battery in stock if that was the issue. When I got there, they took the car in, diagnosed that it was the battery, swapped it out for a new one, and had my car ready to go within 15 minutes. To top it all off, they charged a fair amount less than my mom just paid at Canadian Tire for the exact same service. I am so happy with the service at Speedy Orleans. Dan and his team are honest, efficient, reliable, and knowledgeable. I could not recommend this place enough!

These guys are the best! Dan took such good care of me, I have no words to describe this experience…he took all the time I needed to explain all of the processes involved in getting the safety done for my car…and I had many questions! He even took the time to show me good tires so I’d understand why the tires I thought were great actually weren’t! Thank you Dan and all the Speedy team! I’ll be back for any work I need done!!

I don’t recommend this business, they will quote for one thing and then charge for another also don’t take any insuranceI was quoted $1695 then charged $1728 which plus tax made it $1953

The manager named Dan gave exceptional customer service. He took his time explaining things to me while showing me the old parts and giving me an idea of future work that I should consider. He was very friendly, patient, professional and respectful. He was wonderful.

I brought my car in for a safety check and was told that my car failed the safety because of the struts and brakes. I was given an estimate of over $1,500 in repairs that were required to pass the safety. As I had purchased my car from a well established Lexus dealership in Montreal, I had my doubts, so I drove to the other side of the city to have my trusted mechanic of 23 years perform a safety and it passed with no concerns at all. The struts and brakes were fine. My car that has only 48,000 kms on it is perfectly fine.
