The Esso Station is great , great service and very polite. The Tim Hortons that’s attached to it is HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE customer service, doesn’t understand anything in any language, lazy, incompetent. Due to the horrible experience at Tim’s i won’t even go to Esso.

Absolutely the worse gas station ever, swore I would new go back. Went back today, what a mistake!! Car wash didn’t even wash my car, called to tell them there Machine must be broken. Rudely told “ come show” not “ oh sorry for the onconvience or we should close the car wash” not to mention the last time I went 2 year ago got the rudest cashier ever. To avoid at all costs!

No washer fluid to clean your windows. And when you pay outside the machine is always out of paper. Defeats the purpose paying outside just to walk inside wait in line for a receipt.

Every time I visit this gas station, I leave frustrated from the incompetence of the employees. They don't know how to exchange points for a car wash nor understand when I use the mobile app to pay. I left without refueling.

I stop here on my way home for the use the car wash. Not the friendliest service but the clerks are always polite. I like the fact that I can grab a coffee at the Timmy's as I pay for my car wash.

It's just next to the highway exit. You can take the 13 easily. You have gas, tim horton, wash car and different items inside from ice, wine to milk and eggs

Friendly courteous service, helpful staff, even at 2am. Nothing really bad to say, but I can’t give 5 stars, nothing is perfect and there is always room for improvement. ( keeping the pumps stalked with receipt paper lol )

Unfriendly old woman works inside but she was chitchating with another woman, i tried to ask a quick question about if the payment at the pump is not working but she replied in a very rude manner and she kept arguingti defend her manner + when i left the station i discovered that the gas price was higher than other competitors.
