For heaven's sake, take the knocking off your commercial. Your PR firm, if professional, ought to have known the noise & madness in every doggy home whenever this commercial airs. I cannot see that this knocking brings any value to your product and in fact makes me know that I'd never want to call your business should I need cabinetry. I doubt
