Own a GLC 43 that I purchased and service at Calgary DT Mercedes. Service team is great to deal with. Do a good job explaining what is needed and recommending service packages to save money. Overall great client experience which is much appreciated. As an added bonus, tire purchases and tire storage is reasonable compared to others. I highly recommend the team.

This is the first Mercedes I have owned and my recent service was my third and final of a prepaid service agreement from when I purchased the vehicle. All three experiences have been first-class. The service facility only opened a couple of years ago and it has a brand new, modern feel to it. Service personnel were completely pleasant and professional. The surroundings enhance their customer service efforts. I was informed on time that my car was ready for pick up. On arrival at the service facility, the details of the service performed were efficiently reviewed with me and some questions I had regarding some minor repair work were responded to with great helpfulness. First time visiting this location. Booking an appointment was easy over their website, and following up conversations were also convenient. It was all done via text messages, which were pretty responsive. Information about car was simple and clear. Those who helped me were professional and kind. I would come back in the future.Just one minor thing: You gotta walk a bit to reach to train station or bus stop if you need to leave your vehicle at the shop. Shuttle services would be great.

I don't think 5 stars are enough. Fantastic service! I had tire trouble last week and despite not having an appointment, I was greeted as soon as I drove up to the service bays. The staff were so friendly and reassuring that my tires would all be checked out so I wouldn't have to worry about a possible flat during the busy morning commute downtown. I was shown to the lounge where I was offered coffee and snacks. Within a short period of time I was told my tires were good to go . There was no puncture or damage so I was not charged for the time it took the service techs to examine the tires and make sure they were all at proper pressure levels. I wasn't the only customer in the waiting lounge, and despite being busy and me not having an appointment, Mercedes took such good care of me. I was able to leave there with confidence my tires were all in good shape and they even took the time to wash my car! Thank you.

My blind spot sensor stopped working, so made appointment to check and get repaired. After diagnose they told me it could cover under extended parts warranty. I wasn’t expecting any of this and surely happy to know. The repair was under 2 hours and have my car washed, which is nice during winter. Staff are very friendly as well, service quality is great.

Had a great experience at Mercedes downtown service centre. It was very easy and straight forward, the staff were very professional and they were able to answer all my questions with patience.

This is the best dealership in the universe and I would like to recognize especially my customer manager, Mike Jennings. He has gone above and beyond to answer any questions and provide incredibly thoughtful support, even on his weekends off! He has always provided the best recommendations in terms of service and products and I cannot recommend him and Mercedes-Benz Downtown Calgary enough! It's been an amazing, extremely positive experience from the first day that I purchased the car to now, five years later and still visiting them as my trusted service providers, even if I moved very far away.
