McFarlan Rowlands Insurance Brokers

Jennifer is the most unprofessional broker I ever met.She was not capable to opens a policy on time , to provide proof of insurance even after I payed first and last , the slip was issued in April 9 , she didn't bother to send it to me until April 16, when I had to call her with the police officer near me who stopped me for a routine check up to receive the slip, she couldn't close my home policy before November 14 eventhough I sent her the cancelation form sign in September 15th, the price I had to pay for my home insurance was double than any other quote I had for other brokers.She is not doing her job properly and her incompetence affects negative people life.I have more stories to tell about what she did to me in the last year exactly when I needed less because I lost my husband and my father in this last year and a half.I never met a person less professional and whiteout any kindness or empathy.I don't know how come she is still employed by this company.

I originally went to McFarland Rowlands with an amazing broker. While being with McFarland Rowlands, that broker left. McFarland Rowlands was continuing to send me emails from the brokers email that had left, so I was unaware she left, until I had to make a claim.I was not notified that I had another broker, which generally a company would have a process of sending out welcome emails when you have taken over a caseload. Instead I was lead to believe that my previous broker was still there. Even after I had made the claim and knew I had a different broker, I was still getting emails on my policy renewal from the broker who was no longer there.My replacement broker was absolutely awful. I had to personally deal with the insurance company myself multiple times, because my broker was too incapable of contacting the correct people at the insurance company, even after I had specifically told her whom she needed to speak with. She would take forever to respond to my emails, and sometimes would just not respond, until I would email a follow up.Stay very far away from McFarland Rowlands, as you could end up with a broker you would never choose, and not even know about it because of fraudulent emails, misleading customers.

Brenda is an Amazing broker and has always done her best to get me the best prices when my renewal is up for review. I know insurance goes up and down and it's just the way it goes, but when my current company insurance goes up she looks for a better deal for me.

Our account manager is Amanda, and she rarely responds, at all. If she does, it is very delayed and usually after asking several times. Very unprofessional, untimely and clearly does not care despite being long time clients of McFarlan Rowlands. Will be looking for another broker upon renewal. I would recommend looking elsewhere, stay away!
