Rob was our sales specialist and Takin was our tech specialist. They were both very knowledgeable with the tech and features of the vehicle and both so great to work with! First time we walked on the lot and a now a continuing customer! I would go back again for sure!

Just had an absolute wonderful experience working with the 3 Point Motors team and especially Ken Dinnadge while procuring our new Sprinter van for our business. Ken went above and beyond to keep me in the loop every step of the way, even when we were dealing with 3rd party issues. We hope to do further business with 3 Point and in particular Ken in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased my first Mercedes and was blown away by the high level of customer service and exceptional experience Three Point Motors provided. Every single person that I came in to contact with was professional, kind and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable.This was an unexpected purchase coming off an accident in my last vehicle but from the moment I met Ken in Sales I knew he was going to get me the safest and most reliable vehicle. He was so understanding and I never felt like I was being pressured, instead just being explained the facts and features. It was such a significant difference from other car salespeople I encountered at other dealerships in Victoria, now and in the past, and one that will keep me coming back to Three Points for life.As I said, every person I came into contact with was amazing. Riley was very helpful in getting the sale done and Shelby was fantastic in financing. Takin spent a ton of time walking me through all the features and making sure I felt comfortable before I left with the new vehicle. All were so excited for me as well, which made it feel like such a personable and exciting experience.I really can't say enough about how incredible the entire team was and I'm so appreciative that they made the whole experience so easy and stress-free for me. I would highly recommend the Three Point Motors team!Oh, and the car is absolutely beautiful, amazing and fun to drive!

The staff are cordial, professional and friendly, but the problem is that they do not have the staff they need to service recall issues. I was left waiting 13 months for a recall repair, only to be told to wait 4 months more. I have had three appointments, over several months, for this recall repair canceled, two when I showed up to drop off my car, with the next appointment 17 months after first asking to schedule the recall repair. No other local shop is authorized for this recall repair that takes at least two days to perform.The showroom and building is clean and well designed. The cars sold are good. They just do not have enough qualified repair staff, for more complex work. I was told that 350 vehicles were waiting for the recall repair and only 25 were completed, with most waiting as long or longer than I, over one year. And note that prior to the recall I spent thousands on the issue before MB Canada acknowledged the issue though MB USA acknowledged it much earlier. I was told for a year the the delay was caused by a delay in parts coming from MB, but the issue is now clearly staffing. I felt for Felix, the manager as he had to say they could not do the work for months.Perhaps they should stop selling new cars until they are able to recall service the cars already sold?

Working with this company was a great experience because they were so fast and had an excellent attitude. I appreciate the help from Daniel, the sales consultant, and Takin, the product specialist. Their explanations gave me a good interest, and I was able to follow along step by step.

Ken, Shelby, Jess, and the rest of the team are simply phenomenal! I know I’m an extremely particular and picky customer and most would consider me as a ‘difficult’ customer but Ken and the team went above and beyond to help me out and were beyond accommodating. They were extremely meticulous with explaining everything and making sure everything was right, not to mention extremely patient throughout the process. Definitely will be a return customer in the future even though my family and myself usually frequent the MB locations in Vancouver.

I have been a costumer for 6 years and very satisfied with the service and sales. Service department manager gave me good advice about my tires and saved me time and money so I can trust them. I have done my all services here and always happy.Sales department are helpful and patient. I wanted to thank Harjot and his manager to take their time to explain my options about lease maturity and getting a new car or buying out.I understand because of covid and world economic situations the inventory is not great like years ago but it is not their fault. No car dealerships have various cars in their inventory.

Kevin helped me with the sales side by answering all my questions and finalizing the deal. Ken Dinnadge with three point motors was one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was respectful and kind and went above and beyond with his service and quality.
