I live in Jasper Alberta and looking to move back to my home town of Kamloops BC. I'm a first time home buyer and was very nervous about taking this step since i have never been through this and doing it on my own. I reached out to a friend that is now a realtor in Kamloops and thought this is the way to go.... my bad. After weeks of frustration we parted ways. I found a house in Kamloops and had to give my phone number, lucky me it was Erin S. I told her my situation and how new and not getting the hole process of buying a house over the phone, she made me feel so good and not to be discouraged. told Erin what i was looking for and within days she nailed it.... Unfortunately after home inspection that she recommended and im so thankful i did, it was a pass. I was very down but Erin picked me back up and said we would find another one. Long story short we did, better then ever. Erin in my eyes has been what i thought a realtor should be. Caring, listens, and does her best at what she does day and night.
