2nd visit here for the tire change out plus an oil change. Nice folks. Extremely helpful. They met with me after to discuss what they are seeing with my rear brakes and I appreciate that they told me they were safe and did not try to sell me a new set. They warned me to watch the one tire because the pressure was down during change. They searched for the cause and never found one so now I do a daily walk around my vehicle and will take it back for a patch if necessary. First time a mechanic has put my seat back to its original spot....now that little detail made my day. Thank you!

Horrible online ordering,2 out of the last 3 online orders have been canceled by the store after I have placed the order. You see, there has to be stock before you can place the order. In fact, the last order showed 3 in Stock, somehow magically by the next day they cancel my order.Manager says this is a great store, not sure about that, the store seems to have a huge problem with accuracy in their inventory.So don't count on your order being complete, good thing the reviewer that was told to place an online decided to go elsewhere.Hopefully, your experience is much better than mine

I was looking to purchase a sale item. I was in Windsor and the store on walker rd did not have it in stock. One of the employees was great and suggested (and helped me) to purchase it online and pick up in Essex where they had it in stock. Essex is quite a way from my home but I made my way out there two days later to pick it up.When I got home I opened up the box to check it out as it was a Christmas gift. But it was missing a piece. I reviewed the contents listed on the box, then compared with my receipt. Turns out they gave me the wrong item.Customer service was great and are holding the correct item for me, but now I have to drive all the way back to Essex for an exchange… totally annoyed. So make sure you know what you are purchasing and double check your items wit your receipt before you leave the store.

I really like shopping at Canadian Tire for all my automobile needs. Christmas time is also another popular time to shop as the store is always well stocked in toys and Christmas decorations. It has a fabulous bicycle assortment and camping, hunting, home renovation items and so much more. It’s always a pleasure shopping at Canadian Tire in Esssx, Ontario

We went yesterday to return a defective item. We had to deal with a rude, arrogant and young cashier. We had a lecture. we had to argue to have our refund. We are clients there for more than 16 years. You are a disgrace to treat you clients like this.Shame on you.
