I found my good mattress after truggling with another one a year before. Thank to Rick from Sleep Country on Marine drive, this guy was very helpful and patience. His colleague Chan was nice also. Rick took his time to advise me by trying all mattresses and I finally found the good one for my back and neck. Thanks guys for the good customer service !

Explained my situation to him and he found me numerous options that I could choose from. Came here to look for a new pillow and received some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Rick was very friendly and humorous while providing me lots of options to make sure I found a pillow that suited me best. Lovely experience and I left with a pillow that I really liked!
