Canadian Tire

Brain dead service nobody there is willing to help and their stock inventory is so far out of date. Sometimes they say it’s out of stock and it’s on the shelf other times they say it’s in stock and it hasn’t been there for a year. Do not recommend this store to anybody.

Have gone here a few times now. One cashier lady was really nice. But all other experiences I have had are bad, walked through a cleaned floor area to go get an item and I hear the employee say he is f#@king done because everyone keeps walking though his little mopped area. The place doesn't have a warm feeling with the employees

Only place you can buy an Alien vs Predator statue made by local welder. Great service, staff are friendly. Good Canadian Tire to shop at.

Great store to find you’re needs house goods car goods camping goods etc not to mention the staff that works here friendly and helpful

I had tires gifted to me. They were installed but not balance. Called multiple times to book back in and have them done. No answer/long waits on hold. Then when I did get a hold of someone, it was going to be another 2 weeks before they could balance them. Frustrating. Take your vehicle somewhere that cares.

For the most part staff is helpful. I have sourced parts there in stock that surprised me as I couldn't get anywhere else without ordering. The garden center is well equipped as is the sporting goods center.

I bought my daughter a bike and at the time I didn't see any signs saying you can return them her father had already bought her bike so being a woman with little income I went to return that bike and they told me there was nothing they could do I did it because I wanted my daughter to blend in I wanted my daughter to have something and be able to go bike riding with her friends not sure he has a bike now I have a bike that's completely useless to me and the only reason they wouldn't take it back is because there was dirt on the tires wash them I Got Dirt on the tires by Rolling it from the back to the front I returned a bike there a year and a half ago no problems the tags are still on it it's in good shape it doesn't have any scratches there was some grass on the tire and that was it severely disappointed with Canadian Tire with the amount of money that they charge for their items and the amount of money that I have put into that place where's the customer appreciation

Lots of lazy, young staff who are unwilling to do their jobs. If you ask one of the younger staff to do something, such as unlock a cage, so you can purchase an item, you have to search the entire store to find a staff member, and they will audibly huff" when you ask them to do their job. Plus

Just had the best experience getting two tires balanced. I was taken care of in between other jobs, so didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. To top it all off they barely charged me anything. Very impressive effort!

Customer Service here is always amazing from the girls at the till to the men sharpening your skates, those working on the floor stocking shelves and the staff helping you in the automotive department.Great place to get so many items on your shopping list fulfilled. Their decorations are pretty impressive as well and one of the best places to shop for the kids on your list.Tools, household items, sport supplies, paint products, camping fishing, even winter wear can be found here and then head to the ilses with all the gift wrapping and maybe grab a few gift cards. Pretty soon your well onto your way with your shopping done.
