Over priced by a lot and not correct description of use for certain products. Seems he doesn’t care as long as he sells u something. Argumentative as well on discussing products. Was inappropriate as well as he asked me for a “friendly hug” wink wink yuk

Pathetic customer service. We spent 100 dollars in that store but a buy behind the counter was treating us like we are beggers. We started going there just because initially there was a guy who helped us and he was very nice but the current guy is very rude. He doesn't know how to talk to the customers. Horrible Experience. Very disappointing and disturbing behavior. Not going there again at all cost and will make sure none of our friends go there again.

Great namebrand glass… that anybody can order anywhere but the local glass doesn’t even exist now, I guess the days of local bong stores selling unique and “cheap” local blown glass is over and these over priced dime a dozen bongs are everywhere. It’s sad when you’re forced to pay three times as much because old bong stores closed like New York Rock Who have been here for many decades but shut down

Stopped in for the first time last week and this place had everything I was looking for (and more!) I was really impressed with the pricing and variety of items available. The owner was really friendly, and enthusiastic about their products and happy to chat and let me look at the pieces with no pressure to purchase. I would shop here again.

I went in looking for filters, they didn't have what I wanted, but are ordering it in for me!Such a fun shopping experience with Romit. He went above and beyond to show me anything I asked to look at.Glad they have filled the hole of Different Strokes.

Up-update: Went into the store the other day. Good selection and the guys behind the counter were helpful.Update: The manager checked call display and called me back personally to see if there was anything he could do to help and apologized for this morning. Still excited to go see what they have in stock.From what I could see through the window looks like they have a good stock. Too bad they don’t open when their hours say on their door they do and there is no voicemail setup so couldn’t even leave a message asking them to call when they do actually open. Will update when I can finally get in and shop

Walked into this place looking to purchase a bong and walked out with a whole lot more. The employee helping us was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. He made sure we had everything we needed, including lighters & bong cleaner- recommending the best of course.We were visiting from out of town and he had offered us a video call to purchase and free shipping, for next time.After purchasing a bong, grinder, 2 lighters & some cleaner, this employee threw in many stickers, key chains and some flavoured joint cones.The extensive quantity of brands this store carries along with amazing employees is why we will to go back!Definitely a shop to stop in & check out!

Love their bong pieces and glass accessory selection. Prices are bang on compared to any other place in town. Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. Must go to place in town and worth checking.
