Was told that shoe cleaning kit cannot be returned once purchased. Little did I know that all the items in the kit are not working at all, except for the brush. Save your money and buy shoe cleaning kits someplace else!

Been here a few times at different occasions and sadly, each time I've come here, whether or not the store is busy, not one of the staff greets or even makes friendly eye contact or smiles to acknowledge your presence. Probably wouldn't return to this store from here on out even though I would have loved to make a purchase today as I was looking for some fancy shoes. As someone who also works in retail, this kind of service is disappointing and discouraging. Highly recommend the friendly and professional service at Geox at Pacific Centre.

Came in with my three year old to check out their shoes. The lady was helpful at first but clearly gave us an attitude when we decided not to purchase for now. While she gave us few pairs to look at, we tried on three pairs for sizing (when they went back and forth with sizing recommendations). We liked the last pair but I hesitated as my little one seems to be between sizes and they only allow exchanges or store credit within two weeks for sale items. We might end up buying that pair of shoes, but I am definitely not going back to this store to purchase it.

Do NOT buy any shoes at GEOX. A sneaker I bough in March is supper super super super super slippery and I fall down on the floor with a very serious injure. I emailed to them tons of time to check shoes quality and expect to have a solution. They NERVER NEVER NEVER response me. I called customer service center, no one answer the phone. Called Metrotown store manager, no solution from them as well. Considering of the shoes quality, do not buy their shoes. You don’t want to fall down on the floor getting injured

Very helpful staff. Artemis was specially a delight to deal with. She was very patient and worked very quickly to move the line with a barrage of people coming at her :) this is a store with great selection. It's a bigger store than the Park Royal location in West Vancouver.
