TLC Pet Food

These people know what customer service is all about. Old school. Very hard to find these days. As far as the quality of dog food goes, it is excellent and my little chihuahua has started to eat it. Unlike the other five brands we've tried. I was starting to get worried until my freind and neighbor gave me a sample of TLC. Very happy with the product.

9 years plus I have been buying food from them and it ship fast. This time i have been waiting days and TLC has left me stranded with no dog food. The Customer Service at TLC never called me back and did not care helping. They left the onus on me to figure their delivery screw up! Bad Customer Service. Another company I suppose has got too big and has list their touch. I am going g to find a substitute

TLC is a wonderful pet food company. They make cat and dog food! I’ve used them for many years for my black labs. Their coats were so shiny I’ve received many compliments. Or should I say the labs did! Great delivery right to my door. I’d call one day and my food was at my door the best day! A fine company!

I’ve only had good experiences with this company. Fast delivery, healthy food, and my dog loves it.I think something the poor reviews forget is that there are a number of reasons a dog could be sick and if a small company instantly offered a refund like the big box stores, they’d have trouble staying in business.Thank you for making such a good, affordable product that arrives at our home within a couple of days, every time.

Absolutely cant say enough about TLC Pet Food and their staff! The food is top quality, and the auto ship is a convenience we really appreciate. I ordered last night and already received my order! Fast, friendly and most of all, our dogs LOVE it! We can see the difference after switching to TLC. Thank you!!

Been a customer since 2014. Good quality dog food my dogs always seem to like. Really like the auto ship option and delivery service. Prompt delivery (my order usually shows up next business day). In the 8 years of being a customer I've only had to call customer service once and they were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. Can't even remember what I called about now I just remember it was a really positive experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Been using their dog exclusively.nothng else .My Emma is a English bulldog going into her 13th year.She's getting there, she is slowing down but she is still in good shape.We do add fresh veggies to her diet.But overall, we believe the food is a key in keeping her healthy and with us.The dog biscuits are also her favorites.

My Ragdoll cats & kittens have been eating TLC cat food for years! They have remained healthy & fit. TLC staff are always kind and they process my food order & delivery so it arrives very conveniently and quickly. Thank you TLC!

Puppy will not eat the food. The smallest order of this food is two large 15 lb bags of food and I have a toy poodle puppy. They are not explicit on their site to indicate that the customer is responsible for shipping charges if you have to return the food. The cost of shipping back 15-30 lbs of food will not be worth it and obviously this company relies on that. I called them and the rep said “you can return the opened bag too but we don’t ask for it to help you save on the shipping” So obviously they know that the cost of shipping the food back won’t make financial sense. They know they will at least make the money off of one bag of food and it’s really risk free on their part - showing they really don’t stand behind their food.Never again! $80 for food that won’t work. Figure out a better solution and be very clear about your return policy/shipping on returns. Pet owners: buyer beware. Save yourself the headache and purchase from your local pet food store or vet clinic where it makes returns easy. Put it this way - my sister’s dog (who loves every kind of food) won’t even eat this one.And look at that - I’m not the only one who had this issue. Please read the other one star reviews that tend to get buried because companies get family members etc to write positive ones.

One of the most sketchiest food brands out there. Absolutely inconsiderate to different breeds and dietary requirements. There is absolutely no way a chiwawa and GreatDane are able to thrive on the same kibble even if you take into consideration their portions. Companies like this are here for the money and not a dogs health, definitely not a brand I want to support. I, along with many others have had complications with our dogs because of this brand. I have spoken to Veterinarians about TLC and they feel quite negatively on this brand as well. 0/5
