Lack of customer service. Would it kill these people to smile? Got my daughters ears pierced here…prepaid the $80 for the earrings and gave a 20% tip. Job was done fine just felt super unwelcome like I was interrupting social time with the ladies that work there. Asked my 10 year old daughter if she wanted me to hold her hand as she was nervous and the girl working there rolled her eyes. Like please…you must be special girl! Unfortunately I tipped before the job was done and interaction…or it would of been 0%.

Went for eyebrow wax & tint. Lovely girl that did my eyebrows, pleased with results but the location inside the mall is noisy & and child was screaming after getting her ears pierced during my allocated time. Not a quiet atmosphere in general but this made it worse. Wish there were glass doors or separate rooms for clients to experience a more relaxed visit. For this reason I'm not sure if I will visit again.

Our three year old daughter had her ears pierced here. It was a great experience. Efficient, friendly, and informative education on how to care for her ears. 10/10 recommend!

This is ALWAYS my Go-to place... Went yesterday somewhere between 5pm-6pm. It was totally dead. Needed an ear piercing done. The 2 rude girls working. The one that addressed me said they aren't doing piercings today because they were fully booked". Lol it was dead. The appointment book was empty. She copped me such a rude DGAF nasty tone and side-eye. I walked out."

The ladies there when I went in on March 12th were amazing. So sweet and friendly. I took my 3 kids to get their ears pierced and they are healing up nicely. Thank you girls!

I have been going here for about 4 years. I usually get eyebrow wax and tint. I have always had a good experience. I had the triple beauty facial the other day, it was so relaxing and the results were amazing… My skin has never been more flawless. The girls who work there are always friendly, professional and helpful. My go-to girl is Ashley but Jessica and Bree are amazing as well.

First time at Caryl Baker at Georgian Mall and will definitely be returning. Hailey I. was phenomenal. Very friendly and informative. Thank you again for the great customer service! Highly recommend!

I did wax my eyebrows there and the the girl who did my eyebrows didnt do good job, I came home after and looked at the mirror I still had so much hair left. I was so upset, so unprofessional, I will definitely avoid this place next time.

my wife and I took my 4 month old girl to get her ears pierced. we googled top place in barrie and Caryl Baker Visage came up.. I must say im so glad we went. They were very patient and kind they walked my wife and me step-by-step on how to hold the baby properly they were very prestige on getting the exact positioning of the earrings. Once they had that all ready to go Ashley and Tammy made me aware they were going to start and with in seconds her ears were done. they also walked us over how to maintain them and clean them I highly highly recommend going to Caryl Baker Visage!! I will be recommending them to parents I know so definitely check them out I also noticed while getting prepared for my little girls earrings that they do beauty supply there which may be amazing for mothers or any type of ladies that want to have a pampering but yes If I could do 50 star I would!!! great job guys and thanks so much

I did Makeup and it was super bad. They did not follow proper steps, they didn’t put primer, they didn’t clean my face, put moisturizer, eye primer, concealer, etc. my make up had to be redone unfortunately, if you want a professional make up don’t go to Caryl Baker Visage.My eyelashes extensions are all gone after a 3 days, I followed the proper instructions for eyelashes and even they fall in 3 days, it was the worst service I have ever had, they didn’t know what they were doing, I got them for an special event and they just ruined it, you guys need to prepare for it, it was pricy for the mess they did.
