Plenty of space for more joiners, Sensei Glen is a consummate professional and the environment ideal for all levels and ages. I was able to reach a very athletic state years ago and later return for repair in a sedentary one, and the karate knowledge will stick with you for a lifetime. Richly rewarding. I've glanced at other clubs and would suggest this one is the most inviting and tolerant. Even if my commitment is low or intermittent, i know any one can trust the club's doors are open. Worthwhile for every one, i've recommended it to any one for 12 years since i first joined, and amused at my privilege to have it in my 'pocket'. As one advances, the training is in-depth, and well founded (sophisticated and combat worthy). It's Worth noting that the club incorporates lessons from other reputable sources whenever possible, making for a very comprehensive martial arts base of knowledge, not just focused on itself, more concerned with sharing all knowledge. Also this style of karate is not damaging to your joints. There are too many positives. It's free to try it out.
