Sue is a walking Haynes Manual. She has a vast knowledge of most bikes and will also give advice. Her prices are good and has a pretty good stock of most comon parts.

If I could give one star I would. Called and enquired about parts. Was told I would get a call back, fair enough. 2 1/2 hours later called back and asked again about parts, lady was rude and said “if you can’t wait then go somewhere else” and hung up on us.Rude rude rude. No regard for customer service what so ever. Absolutely unacceptable and will never get our business back. You need to learn some basic manners if you wanna work with the public.

Went in to get a tire replaced, took like 10 minutes, got to talking with them and they're wonderful people. They also ordered me a bigger chain for my bike. It was ordered Thursday and she called me Tuesday to let me know it was there. All I've got to do is go get it, very nice people and they get the parts pretty fast. Lots of my friends recommend tabors too

Had no issues. Asked for a part and she got it for me at a reasonable price. I ordered wrong part and was refunded without question. I have been back many times with great success.

Very easy to deal with. Great prices and they know their stuff. Other comments say they're rude but I'd say they get straight to the point! Would reccomend!
