Really kind staff! Came here looking for inspiration to renovate my washroom and the sales staff was really helpful recommending pretty combination that were in my budget!!!The items I ordered didn't take much to arrive and they contacted me to pick up as soon as they received it.Their showroom is really big and it has too many options. I am glad they assisted me as soon as I looked overwhelmed by so many options. I've never experienced this kind of service before.I would be coming back to renovate my kitchen!5 STARS SERVICE!!!

This place will take your money and the post sales support is terrible. They refuse to help you over the phone with your issue and mention if you have a problem they will make excuses they are too busy to deal with you on the phone. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Zero stars. Online order from Edm, Ab. I was searching for a steam unit and their website showed in stock. I called and a sales associate confirmed they had a unit and it was ready to ship. So I purchased it online and immediately followed up with an email to confirm and requesting a tracking number. I was told at that point its actually not in stock and was asked to upgrade to a larger and more expensive model. Ive asked for a refund multiple times and have since heard no response. I will be reporting this company for deceptive practices. I just want my money back. So far, it's called theft. Refund me and I will edit this review.

Excellent customer service! Show room has a lot of variety of items and finishes of any kind if you are thinking on redoing your whole bath & kitchen, and their sales people are really knowledgeable on the products. I highly recommend getting all your fixtures from them :)

I went to Amati Canada for a shower replacement cartridge. They wanted $ 49.00 for a $ 20.00 partI you can get this part from any hardware store after they mark it up 100% and it would still be less than half of what Amati charges. They are so greedy.

High end quality brand names of faucets, toilets, tubs, accessories, etc. Price if on sale, reasonably priced with an array of selection. The ONLY thing I did not like is their service, horrible! I must of waited for 5 mins with sales personnel passing by and none of them can ask what I was waiting for in their service pickup area. Meanwhile, there was a gentleman there behind the counter in the service area talking to a lady, perhaps his friend and he sees me standing there with a paper in my hand waiting to be served and totally ignored me. I did not get any assistance till I walked over to their showroom area and asked for help with a sales associate, which I was informed that she does not work in the service area. The sales associate lady, finally assisted me regardless, as there were no customer (the time I was there) in their showroom. Bad experience, would not highly recommend this bathroom store.

We had an issue with a toilet purchased at Amati 4 years ago. I had inadvertently broke off to posts of the flushing mechanism.Called for assistance, sent pictures and then no questions asked was told to bring in the broken peice. They fixed on the spot.Excellent service and truly stand behind their products!!

I ordered a American Standard shower base from them, the website said it would be available in 48h. I called today and now they are saying that its not in stock and I have to wait 7 days. Is this what you call customer service?

I would like to share worst experience of customer service at Amati. We bought kitchen faucet and delivered to us in open box from the warehouse. When plumber came to install next day he mentioned some parts are missing and faucet can be problematic. On plumbers advice we went back to return and buy alternate faucet from them. But they did not have stock which ever we were choosing again. They said you will get after month. We told them to refund the money so we can buy tap from somewhere else as kitchen is not functional. They were so rude and then after long discussion they said we will refund the money. Then they asked to inert the credit card and we were shocked to see the refund was received 25 percent less. Please do not give business to this store because they cheat and trick the customers.They don’t even deserve one star but I have no choice.
