reception staff are horrible. wouldn't ask the dr to call in a refill for antidepressants and advised me I would have to wait a minimum of 4 days to speak with my dr.obviously they have no understanding of what it feels like to be without antidepressants, even for a day. incredibly insensitive and inflexible.

Cannot get an appointment to see my own doctor. Haven't seen her in months. Staff always calling to cancel and reschedule appointments. Time to find another doctor I guess. Way to busy with double bookings to take time for their patients.

The staff are always helpful and supporting. Very friendly and professional. Dr. Doody has always been thorough, compassionate and supportive. I am so blessed to have them in my life.

Been a patient of this clinic for years. The staff are all very professional, understanding and try their best to accommodate your needs. The front staff do an amazing job and are always welcoming to patients upon arrival. Dr Doody is such a great doctor but also an amazing person. She is understanding of patient needs and concerns, very patience and the list goes on. It's evident that this office is a real team!

Try to reach them on the phone. I get a recording saying they are open 9-4. It is 3:30. They tell me to go on line to schedule an appointment but the only possibility on line is a virtual appointment, and I need a real one. No information about how to renew prescriptions. They tell me their machine will not take messages. It tells me to have a nice day and hangs up. Seriously, folks? Always so receptive to your patients? Good grief. No email accepted either, of course. No way to reach them. Useless.

The doctors are great but it’s impossible to reach reception. Wether their phone system just isn’t working or they just don’t pick up the phone sometimes. I shouldn’t have to wait a week or two just calling trying to get a prescription refilled. Gave them the benefit of the doubt before but it happens too often now.

Dr. Lake & Dr. Walsh are by the best family doctors on the island! I can’t say enough positive things about theses doctors! I fell down and broke my arm and Dr. Lake called me after office hours to make sure I made out ok at the hospital. NL needs more family doctors like her! Forever and always my favourite doctor!

Amazing clinic, easy to get in, always on time, and the doctors really care about their patients. They also have evening & weekend clinics to work with anyone’s schedule.
