This is the worst pharmacy ever. The owner Naomi is the worst, she will make you wait forever. She has a horrible attitude, she clearly thinks her time is far too valuable to help customers. She has no issues completely disrespecting you and wasting your time. She seems to forget she is there to serve and help customers. You will be straight up ignored here, you will have to wait hours for one small script after being told its ready! Lets hope you don't have to return on a regular basis, they will not uphold your refil schedule. If you need a script Monday, they will not fill it the night before to ensure its done. You will show up Monday morning and be told to wait 2 hours. They are not accommodating at all! Only one who is polite and does their best is SHARMA. Poor guy has to carry everyone's weight and then gets the hate from customers who are fed up with everyone else because he's the only one who will even acknowledge you or listen.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has been toxic for years. Unorganized, pharmacy and staff. Worst interactions is pharmacists. Especially Niaomi and the short curly haired one ( who believes letting her undisciplined kids run around behind the pharmacy counter is OK!) Don’t know that mess’s name..not to mention those snotty pharmacy students she has working for them .Arrogant snobby people that believe that there is no competition in Oliver. Drive another block to Pharmasave! You will be treated well! You will have a pharmacist that is professional and has common sense and they deliver!!! Today is the day I transfer all of my parents scripts there. I can only hope that this business goes Under or someone responsible , professional and kind buys it out! Their prices are better at Pharmasave is better too!

I find the Shoppers Drug Mart in Oliver as a whole very friendly and helpful..But...the pharmacy staff except for the one pharmacist are very unconcerned how long you wait to have someone help you. Picking up a prescription...better bring lunch. There could be at times 4 or 5 working behind the counter. No one looks up, no one says just a moment. When they are good and ready they will come and helpSad but true

We have since moved to a different local pharmacy. Sharma was great but the rest of the pharmacy staff not so much. The last straw was when they could not provide a medication and told us that we would have to shop around and see if another pharmacy had any.

shop here often and appreciate that its open late....however the last few weeks I noticed that the hours have changed and closing the doors before said time on your website.

Wort customer service from a pharmacy I’ve ever had. Whoever the Asian employee was. Failed to call to tell me they don’t have my medication. Never cared to out source to other branches. Resumed to tell me that the other location can’t fill my prescription.After leaving I called the same pharmacy they did. They said they’d process it right away. I don’t know who’s lying to who here but it seems like someone just doesn’t care and shouldn’t be in that field of work.

The front of house shoppers staff are on point. The pharmacy has failed 2/2 two times that I've visited. The first time I was there, a blonde lady was struggling to add paper to the printer. I stood there patiently for like 10 minutes without being acknowledged, said hello" and got a grumbly "in a minute" in response. Another 15 minutes or so

If I could put zero stars for the pharmacy I would! Numerous times I’ve had prescriptions sent here by my doctors and almost every time I need to get it sent again because they didn’t have it. And then when they do they don’t fill it until I call and ask. It’s really something! Every other pharmacy gets my prescriptions and fills them and then I get a call saying it’s ready! Service is also unfriendly. Save yourself a headache and ago ANYWHERE ELSE for your pharmacy needs.

Always been very helpful and caring. My prescriptions are ready and correct on time.
