The most frustrating experience of my life. From start to finish, a comedy of errors on their behalf. After paying $1400 up front and moving from one solution to the next over the course of an hour and a half, we do not have the truck we've booked. Could not be any less convenient.

Don't bother with this pick up site.Judging from the parking lot, no one has rented from this location in a while. The vehicles are all snowed in, I think one had a flat. We showed up at 5:45 (15 min before close, with no signage that they are under different hours due to the pandemic) and the exterior door was locked. How are we supposed to get our keys for contactless pickup? We knocked a bit and then left.Waste of gas driving across the city. Calling U-Haul tomorrow to log a complaint and request a refund.

Don't expect place to be open when you plan to pick up/return truck. It was locked up when I arrived mid day, nobody showed up for 30mins. Head office cant help. Avoid at all costs.

Had a cargo van reservation for 10 am. After completing mobile check-in, I had to get a key from inside the office, but it was closed. I then noticed the van had a flat tire. I called customer service and after waiting 20 minutes on hold, I was given the reservation at a different location. While I was waiting on hold, I saw the owner/employee show up at 10:37 am. They were supposed to open at 10. I had called the office at 10:22, there was no answer and I left a message. I never received a callback but it’s possible they saw I had another reservation already. I wouldn’t rent from this location again.

Worst customer service ever. Very rude people and disrespectful. My appointment was at 8am they called me to tell me they open at 10. Why is it 24hr then? Anyway I agreed to come at 10. I went there and they were still closed, they opened at 10:30am, wasted half of my day. Then they told me we didn't say 10 we said 10:30. The damn sign on their door says open at 10am. I do not recommend this service to anyone. Do not even bother use their website, it's useless.

Unprofessional crooks of epic proportions. Stealing money from people on gas, opening hours as they see fit, zero customer service with rudeness. Stay away from this place.

Tried to phone just after 3 pm, well before closing and the phone was dead, no ringing, nothing, tried a few times same result. It appears the phone line is dead, no updates on U-haul site to alert of a new number etc.

Great customer service. Reasonable pricing. Very quick in and out. Had my rental in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely come back to rent.
