Researched on line a recliner chair that l wanted.The site indicated that it was available at my local store so l decided to shop directly rather than order on line.This provided me with the opportunity to get a first hand feel of the product.The chair is very comfortable and the massage option works well.The sales person was very helpful and so was the warehouse attendant who helped me load it up in my small car.

I really like this place, lots of great items for the house for fair price .The manager of JYSK Mesrob, he is really helpful, he helped me to find any things I wanted for my interior designI really recommend this store

First time we had problem in this store was for bed we reserved when they called us to confirm that they will sell us the demo of this model and when I got there they informed me that they sold it to other customer by mistake.The second time it was for kids bed head there to buy a beds for kids that was on sale due to open box so after an hour of shopping stuff like mattresses and sheet...etc for this bed , we came to pay at the cash to find out that this bed is not on sale and the price tag was on by mistake and it belongs to other model.I don't know how JYSK runs this full of error store.We register a complaint but they didn't care about it they only said the same thing that the store manager told us about this mistake.They have no clue of what customer service is.

Nice. Wide. There's parking. quiet. I didn't come inside the employee :). very kind. Reasonable price. You can find many things that you will need in your home.

Staff was very attentive and helpful. No self check out. An actual human. Imagine that.Can find some nifty things thereLots of parking to boot.
