Kevo is amazing! He worked with us on designing our wedding rings and bands. I've gone back multiple times for yearly cleanings and him and his staff have always been so kind and so helpful.

Went to Kevo with a loose diamond in hopes that he could put it in a setting for an engagement ring. He was extremely personable and easy to work with. He listened to my ideas and enlightened me with his knowledge. In the end, I was extremely satisfied with the finished ring and the experience! Go talk with him!

Let me say that in 72 years I have never met a more honest, trustworthy, reliable jeweler than Kevo and his staff. They go up and above board to please you. His mannerism is friendly and he is very personable. His work is amazing and his prices are unbelievable. I never knew how many of my friends and family went to Kevo but all have the same feeling about him and his staff. One of the reviews I read annoyed me as this party must not have been at the same jewelers to speak in that way about someone who is so highly respected. After dealing with multiple other jewellers in the past I’ve never had good luck..my father referred me to this place a few year ago..since then I have and will not go else where..prices are fair and the work is outstanding..I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs repair or custom jewlery.Thanks for the good work on my rings and necklaces.

Drooped off my engagement ring to get resized. Not only did they take a week and a half longer than they said, they also completely ruined the ring. I sent my fiancé to pick it up, and when he did he kept saying that he swore it was rose gold when he bought it for me (which it was). The lady at the counter kept saying that he was wrong and the ring was always silver. After arguing with her for quite some time, she finally admitted that when they put the ring under heat it lost its colour. That’s no problem at all, but the fact that they completely lied to him about it is absurd. The lady then proceeded to call my fiancé cheap for not just buying me a real rose gold ring. Are you kidding me? Customer service at its finest. PLUS on top of everything, where they resized the ring also looks botched. A kid with a butter knife could have done a better job. They are not professionals whatsoever. If you care about your jewellery, do not bring it here.

Went in there today for a small repair on a very sentimental piece. They managed to fit it in for me. I was so happy. I've been a customer there for a few years now and always recommend them to my family and friends as a place they can trust for repairs and for very unique jewellery.

What a pleasure it was to see Kevo (the owner) and his staff! I was recommended by my mother to get my engagement ring resized and he did it very quickly and at a very reasonable rate. When I got the ring back, it was a little big and I brought it back for another resizing. He did this without even charging me! I HIGHLY recommend this place! I will definately going back!!

(December 2021/January 2022) I dropped off my 18K gold necklace for repair on Dec 14th. I was told it will be done in a week but it took them 6 weeks (minus 1 week for Christmas holiday) to do the 'repair'. I was calling numerous times to check when I could pick it up but most of the time no one was picking up the phone. When I was lucky to finally find someone (probably the owner) he was looking around to find the necklace. He said - ok I will do it for tomorrow - like he is doing me a favour after 6 weeks of waiting. I got there to pick it up, and I was in shock to see my necklace ruined - like someone said in reviews - it looks like a 4 y/o kid was doing repair! And the other link that also needed repair was not even touched! The lady at the counter said - well...we can fix it - leave it with us! Yea sure - it might take 6 more weeks and who knows what I could expect then. The most shocking thing was that she wanted me to pay for that 'repair' since he (the owner) put the work into it!! Are you kidding me? I could do a better job. What kind of customer service is that? Not professional, not honest, sloppy work - don't leave your jewelry with them. You will be sorry.(And neither of them wear masks either. When  I pointed that out she said: Those measures were lifted everywhere, and they want us here in NF to still wear them.)
