Long wait, as they got our order wrong (4 orders ahead of us were wrong as well).Then the person who took my order argued with me about what I had ordered!Food was fine, but service needs improvement!

If I could give this particular location of Tim Horton's zero stars I would. I understand mistakes are made sometimes, training new staff can be challenging at times. But if EVERY time me or one of my co-workers leaves the drive through with an item wrong, there is a break down in customer service. Its an ongoing joke at our workplace. This location did very well. It was an extremely busy Saturday for in person and drive thru. Staff took orders and kept everything moving in a timely fashion. Food quality and beverage met expectations. At time of visit, restaurant was in good shape and clean. A positive Tim Horton’s brand experience.

They wont let you say your order through the microphone outside without saying is that all" over and over again like let me finish my order. Cant even put a sandwich together right. Multiple times that i have been there they dont put nearly enough sauce on anything

There was a wait for no reason. They just weren't coming to the counter to take the order moreover the donuts weren't fresh. Even the staff wasn't friendly at all. This was my first visit to this location and I didn't like it.

Drive through is horrible. Breakfast sandwich cut on an angle, most of the cheese was off the sandwich, barely warm hash brown was cold. Have to ask for condiments because the owner is cheap. I do not recommend this dumpster.

Complete garbage and horrible service! all my eggs had eggshells in them! Had to throw everything away when I got home. I could not see this business lasting another couple of years. everybody is having the same problem in late country. complete garbage!

The service was ok but the food is always flat and has to much sauce. The sign says open 24 hours but they were closed at 9pm when I went so came back the next day. The drive through was fast though.

The food I could eat was satisfactory and the coffee was as good as ever however, I when I went through it was about 07:25 Sunday morning. I was the only car in the drive through. I specifically and clearly ordered a bacon egg croissant. I got a bacon egg muffin. For most people this would be a small annoyance, they’d eat it and move on. But I can’t eat it. I have a condition which precludes English Muffins. At best I’m uncomfortable most of the day. At worst I spend several hours in a bathroom alternating (hopefully) which end fluids are running out of.When I called to complain, 3 times, I never heard a voice. The phone seemed to answer but there was just dead air. Like I’d been out on hold with no music. THAT’S the reason I’m complaining. Anyone can make a mistake in food prep but then to ignore attempts to complain and/or rectify the situation THAT’S horrible customer service.

Incredible drive-through service. Every Tim Hortons should take note of this sometimes feels like your vehicle does not even come through complete stop if you have tap to pay entire drive-through experience takes less than 30 seconds amazing.
