Staff have no clue how to do half the stuff they are required to do. Went in to apply for my health card and none of the staff knew how or what documents was needed. Definitely worth driving to Brockville to get stuff done instead.

Easily the most pleasant experience I've had with Service Ontario. After moving and having various government issued licenses and documents expire, I was dreading the visit to Service Ontario to update my documentation. The staff made the process easy and efficient, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

I like the Prescott office. Fast and friendly.If you have to wait any time at all it's not usually the service. They've always did there best to help me. Not everyones experience will be the same.

Do not waste your time at this location unless your getting your plate renewed or for a picture. Staff is unqualified to handle difficult tasks. When I showed up I was told innacurate information after waiting for quite some time. I waited the next business day and went to Kingston , the wait time there was also a joke but atleast the staff there took care my situation.
