My Favorite Ice Cream Shop
Went here on May 14. Bought 4 ice creams of which one was the mango flavor. Tasted weak and nothing like mango. Have had the mango here before. Told the guy working there it doesn’t taste like mango and we are dissatisfied. Even had him taste a sample. He didn’t apologize or offer a replacement, just said that’s what they buy in. I would have expected that they then take the defective batch up with Foothills and gave me a replacement. Ended up paying for a new one and threw the other one in the bin. Absolutely no sense of customer service, I would not go there again.

My Favorite Ice Cream Shop
The female staff that worked there in the evening was extremely helpful and friendly! Some ice cream shops can make you feel like a bother when you’ve never been and want to try a few flavours before ordering, but she never made us feel that way. The ice cream wasn’t overly rich, but with that being said, it was perfectly balanced and it was super tasty. Also one of the best strawberry flavours we’ve ever had before!

Used to be great, was just ignored while waiting for the employee to ask me what Id like while she was washing containers and taking out trash for 5 minutes. Upsetting no one could even say with ya in a minute" takes seconds of effort to give a minimum customer service experience. Just sayin."

My Favorite Ice Cream Shop
Wow incredible flavour variety! Went to La Diperie first but left as very limited amount of flavours. Good customer service. Only one person staffed around closing time which makes sense I guess but slows down the service, although this individual was quick. This is definitely my favourite icecream shop. I got the NY Cheesecake - kids scoop on a waffle cone- great amount.

My Favorite Ice Cream Shop
Went here for the first time and was very impressed with the varieties of ice cream available! Price was very reasonable for the serving size, however my friend said our serving was a little bigger than normal, maybe because it was the end of the day? The ice cream was great! No dining in, and limited number of people in the store, but that was not an issue when we went.

Very disappointed at this place. We stood there for 15 minutes no one cares. We call them with helo, hi but they didn’t even reply back. They were keep doing their work and ignore their customers.

This is a favourite spot for my family on hot summer days. They have a lot of different flavours and you can get your ice cream in a cone or a cup. Prices are fair and the service is friendly. This place can get really busy on a hot day but usually the wait is not too long. A definite recommend from me!

HUGE selection of ice cream flavors made by local Foothills Creamery. The gentleman that helped us was happy to give us samples to find what we wanted.I settled for Nanaimo which featured large brownie bites, coconut and chocolate. I also had the Root Beer which tasted like the flat version of the real thing. A couple flavours I sampled sounded really good but were disappointing in flavour (not strong enough).My wife also had the Root Bear and Cherry Custard but the latter was mostly custard flavor and little cherry.We'll probably stick with the more gourmet local guys next time.
