I brought my 2018 freeride 850 up to Harper powersports for a check engine light and they got me in same day to diagnose what the issue was. It turned out it was just a plug that happened to get missed when we had it appart last, they hooked it back up and told me to have an awesome day. 10/10 would recommend them for all your skidoo needs amazing service and very knowledgeable workers! Thanks again guys!

Bought my Seadoo Trixx from them, overall very fun experience. Also go there for parts for my outboards. Pretty pleasant overall, sometimes they are very busy, so sometimes do not follow up on questions for certain products they carry, or warranty claims, which is understandable.

Amazing!We had a great experience purchasing a new Seadoo this season! Todd helped us pick out the perfect Seadoo for us, and was very knowledgeable, making the buying process seamless. The team at the front were so nice, organized and had everything in order and ready for us well before we thought we would get it. We contacted Harpers for a specific part. After dealing with two different dealerships we had the part we needed. As we were going to the dealership they called and said no to the agreement. Then called back and said it was good to go then called again and said the part would not fit. My husband spoke to three different people and kept getting different results. Absolutely not helpful

I took delivery of a new boat this year, and after approximately 9 hours of operation, it shutdown while motoring and would not re-start. These things happen. The test for the dealer, ( of any product), is how are things handled AFTER the sale.I contacted the person who sold me the boat, Les Chabai. He came right to my dock, took the boat back to the dealership, had it repaired, and returned to my lake in less the 48 hours.Excellent service.
