Arif Khan from Omni Blinds provided excellent service, was very courteous and polite. It was an emergency and he responded quickly and repaired my blinds in time for my first Airbnb client.

OMNI BLINDS
This was the worst blind company I have ever dealt with. He took my proper blind measurements, after I had to call him to remind him he had booked an appointment to do the measurements. Then two weeks later he was suppose to come and install the blinds. We waited until 8:30 pm and it was a no show" with no phone call explaining why he did not show. We decided to go elsewhere for better service."

Customer service with owner is really poor and disrespectful. Says one thing but never goes through with his words. The worker who came to home was really kind and authentic. Thank you.Unfortunately there was defaulted blind which I’ve received no reply to fix. I made error in giving few referrals too soon.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Owner is very rude and noted our order incorrectly. Then when I went to pick up the revised order he didn’t have it ready and agin spoke very unprofessionally. Please avoid

Extremely smooth process, our blinds that we received are well done and extremely great quality. I recommend this to anyone in need of new blinds as their selection ranges from different wood blends, fabrics, and completely motorized units that can be controlled with the press of a button! A great bargain and it accentuates modern day homes that focus on having larger windows and natural light. A black out shade in the bedroom is a must for those who do not want any sunlight seeping through in the mornings!
