Excellent service. Vinh Tho and Paulo helped me with my phone! They know how to have fun with their customers while staying professional. Would def recommend this Bell Store. Carrefour is too crowded.

The salesperson who attended me seems to be in a hurry, he did not want to give me the plan that he had previously argued that it could not be done! I couldn't even choose my plan! They shouldn't have people like that working!

Fantastic and pleasant service from the manager and his team. Needed to join two accounts on one plan and activate another phone. Service was professional & effective. Team, especially manager, was patient, attentive to detail and took the time necessary. They fixed/cleaned my charging phone jack and even transferred all my contacts and pics from an old phone to my new one. Manager was extremely knowledgeable about phones and how the Bell system works. The next day Bell had not activated all features yet the Manager called immediately and resolved the issue. In short; Outstanding customer service!
