Lovely, helpful staff. My room had a jacuzzi. Right around the corner from the Public Gardens, 8-minute walk to the Citadel, 15-minute walk downtown.

Great B&B. Nothing was too much trouble for Razen who made us very welcome. Very convenient for downtown and the Via Rail Station (though it is up a steep hill from the station. Very highly recommend.

This is a budget location. A classic victorian house renowned to a small 8-10 rooms nicely equipped also great location to walk to downtown core also excellent parking. This inn is a bargen at 20-30 % below hotel prices in downtown

This place is near to the Victoria General Hospital, the university belt and Spring Garden Road where the Halifax public garden is located. The staff are very helpful and the place is quiet and clean. The manager, Paul , is very professional, accommodating, and pleasant, making sure you enjoyed your stay.

I had to have surgery at 6 am so my husband and I booked this place mainly due to location. It was more than we expected and we were so pleased as it was close to the hospital, had free continental breakfast for husband who stayed there all week. Close walk to restaurants and for the month that we were there, parking was free. Great place.

We had a circumstance where we did not know how long we may be staying. They were very accommodating. The location is excellent; close to hospital, Parkland Gardens, and downtown.We ended up staying almost two weeks. The staff are friendly, and treated us like family. We highly recommend staying here.

Very disappointed! Road construction out front of hotel never informed. Room carpet had stains and/or bleach marks. Little to no water pressure for shower. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Store bought muffin,cereal and a container of yogurt! Could have bought my own at the grocery store.Would not recommend staying here would have left but no rooms available elsewhere.

Wouldn’t stay again!The door to the room doesn’t have a dead bolt or lock other than keycard. The place is old, bed frames were half broken, no screens on windows, the shower rod was held together with tape, only 2 working light bulbs in the room. The bed and carpet were stained a lot. Don’t even bother getting breakfast, only cold boiled eggs and cereal… Parking sucked and we were constantly bugged by the owner and watched through the parking lot camera and told to move our car, after other employees said we could park there. They also called our room at 11:30 pm asking if we owned a certain car out back. The whole place was just unprofessional!
