Friendly local business, I feel very comfortable leaving our dog here when we go on getaways. Love that he gets to play with other dogs his size while he is here. They also have great grooming services. Highly recommend :)

So the staff here are wonderful and super helpful… I guess for me I was disappointed because on the website it shows the dogs can go in and out of their enclosures but when I went I was told that they stay closed now because it heats up the building. When I was there it was sweltering in there, and much cooler outside… with that, I initially wasn’t concerned about the size of the pens because I’d thought my dogs would have windows of time where they could go in and out throughout the day at their leisure. Unfortunately, without that freedom I felt the pens were tight. Mind you, my dogs have a huge dog run, so my expectations are a bit high. Finally, and reluctantly I will say even though I understand it’s a dog kennel, it was pretty dirty… and both of my dogs came home sick one with a cough and the other with a green runny nose. I had seen other reviews saying this but they had been old and thought perhaps things had gotten better there. Anyways—it could be a one off.. it seems like a lot of people really enjoy bringing their dogs… my dogs seemed super happy and calm when they were picked up after a few days. I’m certain the care was there… I just think perhaps something needs to be done about the cleanliness and space… my dogs are young however, so it could be their immune systems are a little green.. My suggestion to anyone considering, maybe pop in for a visit to see if you feel comfortable with the set-up.

This is a great family owned business and I’ve brought my loved dog here for 14 years now. I travel a substantial amount and my dog Daisy was always taken care of! She loves meeting other dogs and gets more exercise here than at my place.She never got kennel cough either. Her shots were always up to date.

A small family run business! They have been great with our dog over the five years we have had her. They are flexible if my dates change, accommodate my reactive dog and let me lean on them for advice (even accommodating one time when I forgot to bring dog food). It’s easy to see their hearts are in the right place and just how much they care for animals. They are a valued part of “my village”

Honestly, will not be bringing our dogs back. We kenneled them for a weekend getaway this past summer. We paid for a double kennel for our two large dogs and when we picked them up, they were crammed into a single kennel. Both dogs came home sick and didn’t act like themselves for days afterwards. Our one dog was so upset on pick up that she was peeing on the floor as she was walking out of the kennel. Both our dogs collars were taken and not returned. We use training collars as recommended by obedience training. The owners said they hadn’t seen them or we must not have brought them in even though they were walked to the back by staff at drop off wearing their collars. Ended up having to replace them ourselves. As well, they are hardly given any outside time which is needed for any animal. Overall, very disappointed and upset.

I can not say enough good things about this place! I have been taking my two dogs there for 3 years now and absolutely love the place!I have an older dog and a younger one, and they absolutely love the kennel and start jumping around the car whenever we get close. It is the only place I would ever take my dogs. They have so many yards for the dogs giving so much room for running and playing. I have saw the recent reviews on dogs coming home sick. As a pet owner I love my dogs so much however I personally recognize that taking my dogs to an area with more dogs they have never been around that they may come home sick. In my opinion it is the same idea as taking a toddler to day care. No matter how diligent the employees are at making the young children wash their hands and keeping clean they will probably come home sick at one point or another because every kid from a different house is bringing different germs and this stand true with dogs. The owners are always transparent, and make sure to take dogs vet records, making sure they are up to date on shots. Obviously I understand the risk they possibly might get sick and that is out of the control of the owners and their employees. What I love is that the owners so clearly love the animals and value their safety and enjoyment while they are there. They come home tired and happy and I think that is what matters the most. They get to spend their time there being dogs, playing away and I don’t have to worry about their safety as the owners have taken the time to recognize what each and every dog needs. If you take the time to look into this kennel, you will quickly recognize it is an amazing establishment where they prioritize the dogs and their enjoyment while the owners are away.

Worth the drive out of the city with amazing prices!!!My two dogs get to run and play and just be dogs in their big green yards. They could not be more excited to get there as they practically jumping out of the car as soon as we're close. They love love love love this place and so do I. I have nothing but amazing things to say.Taking your dog anywhere has risks and this facility is well run, responsible and thoughtful. I always know I'm leaving my dogs is outstanding care. 10/10

Two weeks ago we left our two dogs here for 9 days. When we came to pick them up, my dogs collar was already off. When asked why, the owner said she didn't know. He then came out and was very sick. He was constantly coughing with a seal like cough. When asked when this started, she stated it must have just started as she was unaware he even had a cough. I asked if it was kennel cough and she downplayed it. He ended up diagnosed with kennel cough and needed antibiotics. He was very sick and listless for over a week.My other dog had developed a seeping rash (hot spots) under her chin and down her chest. It is only now starting to get a bit better.They both were very off for days upon returning to home.We have used this kennel before and was always happy with them. I feel like she was dishonest with us as I believe she was very aware that the cough was going around. The hot spots were also very obvious.We will not be using this place again.

This is my favorite kennel in Parkland County for my fur babies. Raylan and Diva had a great time while we were away! You will not be disappointed if you leave your dogs here!

Carol and the young folks there are awesome. Our dogs actually get excited about being there. Super well looked after. Would recommend to anyone wishing to kennel their dogs for any amount of time!
