I relocated to Belleville in 1999, and since then I have been going to Kelly's Pharmacy. They have been so supportaive and helpful when at various points in time I have been without a family physician. I prefer their caring style and love the fact they have a Canada Post depot as well. The staff are friendly throughout the store. I certainly have used their Home Health Centre as well.

Had to ship a package to Arkansas and they were fast, informative, easy and very kind and friendly. I use this store for all my postal and family needs. Great selection of health, beauty, and day to day things. Great sales. Treats you like your family

The rudest pharmacy employees that I've ever dealt with. I thought it was just a rude woman on telephone. But today, picking up a compound cream that only this pharmacy is capable of making in PEC. Even with more then half a dozen employees behind pharmacy desk, the one that gave me my prescription was rude, not a smile, not a good morning at all. She must hate her job.

This is a glorified overpriced gift shop. Staff are ancient and take forever to checkout and help. I have waited in line for literally 25mins to pick up parcels only to have workers so out of they don’t know the “post office” is an Amazon pickup point/don’t know their own address and hassle me to “see OHIP” info but not know to scan Canada post barcodes. Terrible hours blamed on COVID? I work in service. Avoid at all costs.

Worst staff. They are rude, dismissive, and inept.How is this place even allowed to operate as a Canada Post Office?! They regularly close earlier than the time printed in-store and online.Hopefully reporting will bring some positive change to a community that deserves better.

In the 2 times I've had prescriptions filled at Kelly's, they have:1) miscounted quantity and shorted me 3 days on one script2) told me they can fill part prescriptions, then filled it full anyway, throwing off coordination with other meds3) over charged me on dispensing fees, $11.99 instead of $4.114) filled one prescription at 5 mg instead of 10 mg5) filled another prescription with a non-sublingual medication rather than the sublingual. They also charged me twice for it.5) never provided drug monographs for any medications6) dispensed narcotic controlled prescriptions without a required signature7) used wrong bottle/lid combination allowing potential injury to fingers from protruding plastic tabs on child-proof jarBeing misled, offering excuses rather than taking positive action and a myriad of careless dispensing errors has caused me to lose confidence in this pharmacy. I will not return.

Disappointed in the pharmacy service here. We went to pick up a prescription for our toddler, and while the prescription was ready for pickup (most likely because I called and ensured it would be well before pickup) we waited a very, very long time for them to be 'on hold' with our insurance companies for coverage. Perhaps it's time to update to modern systems and avoid having to call in to the companies directly? We were there for an hour or so, gave up on waiting, and just paid out of pocket so we could leave. Later that evening when we got home we looked for information on the drug in the paper bag and there was nothing other than the drug information sticker itself, which included crucial but very vague information. It would have been nice (especially given the ridiculously long time we waited there) if someone could have presented more detailed information about the drug as they have done for me at literally every other pharmacy I have used. Not having critical information passed on for a drug for myself is one thing, but disregarding the safety of my young child is another. It felt ridiculous that my best information about the drug was received from google...

We are blessed and grateful for the amazing 'family' service we receive each and every day in every area of the store. We cannot thank the Kelly team enough. Kate & Daryl Konkin
