5 stars for excellence, our front door storm door wouldn’t unlock owing to a lock malfunction , with no keys passed on from previous owner. I called a few well rated places, Mike was responsive, talked through a few scenarios, and was able to resolve and fix our issue , as it turned out, it was the best case scenario, and we couldn’t be more impressed with his knowledge, great service and pricing!

Fast, friendly service! Locked out of my 2000’s Jeep…again. Came out to help me extremely quickly, about 10-15 minutes. Got my door open so fast I had to laugh about it. Great guy, down to earth, professional, friendly. Even gave suggestions to try pass along savings through my insurance. I highly recommend this service if you ever get locked out!

Called up for a price for a lockout this guy was Insanely RUDE and wanted 2x More than others I called I would Not recommend Not a nice guy, talk about bad customer service!

Use this place! He is excellent and he is local! He came out at midnight after trying to get help for two hours. What a nightmare trying to get AAA or Subaru to help. And another place that only pretends it's local wasn't clear about price. This guy is great and helpful. Thank you!
