Great tile store! I went in looking for advice on doing a bathroom floor. The staff were very helpful, sent me home with samples and recommended a tile installer. I picked up my tiles and supplies today and I am very happy! Such pleasant and knowledgeable staff….what customer service is all about.

While they have a variety of tile selection, the quote that you get and the price on the invoice would be different. My experience is they DO NOT act in good faith and blames it on clerical error! I have 2 invoices for the same tiles from, one with the quoted prices for a smaller volume and one with a different price for a much larger volume. Perhaps I should’ve checked before making a payment. Ridiculous.

Tile zone caters to both contractors and weekend warriors. They have an excellent display of options and products. Their real strength is knowledge and service. The staff is truly experienced and knowledgeable of all products and applications.
