Extremely rude service. Do not bring your clothes here - there is a bird on the premises and all of your clothes will be covered in feathers.

I brought my old winter coat in after my cat peed on it. When I picked it up a few days later, it was like brand new!

I am a professional custom picture framer and sometimes people bring me fabric pieces to frame that have creases and folds. I have taken a few pieces to Sarahs and they have done an excellent job with both pieces, I get them back nice and flat! Me and my clients are very happy. great service, great price.

I had my pants hemmed and taken in around the waist. All the work was excellent.I also had the rubber heels on my shoes redone..... and by the way, they also do drycleaning.

The worst place ever to fix the shoes or boots. I asked to put tan colour rubber soles to protect the leather soles of my beige suede boots. The guy put charcoal colour rubber soles and told that there is no light rubber soles on the market. (which is not true). Spending $45 dollars for the job that has to be redone by another cobbler is a total disappointment!!!!

The service I paid for was shoe repair. Do not bring your shoes here, unless you want them back worse than you left them and covered in bird feathers. I got my shoes back and they were disgustingly covered in bird feathers and dirt. I can only imagine how dirty clothes dry cleaned here must be. Also they did not repair my shoes. They “dyed” the gaps in leather. The dye is purple. The shoes are black. Waste of money. When I spoke to them about it they were rude. BTW they believe people would like the service because as they said, there isn’t anywhere to get better work done. I’m so grossed out by the level of dirtiness in which they returned my shoes. And so disappointed in wasting my money. I will get these repaired and cleaned somewhere good. I’ll post the name of that business so you can take your shoes there too. Just don’t take them here.

Sarah's Dry Cleaners was highly recommended by many in the Beaches FB group. They are my go-to alterations/dry cleaning place. They are always so friendly and all alterations I've done have been great and at a great price.

Do not go to Sarah’s for alterations or dry cleaning- very expensive!!- $70 to hem a dress! Ridiculous!!
