Nurse Next Door Senior Home Care Services - Burnaby and New Westminster

I started using Nurse Next Door Burnaby/New Westminster about a year ago. From the initial home visit by the care designer, to the actual medical appointments, the staff are prompt, friendly, efficient and professional. It gives me a peace of mind knowing that I can count on them for support and medical escort service. I would use NND again and recommend NND!

I highly recommend Nurse Next Door in Burnaby. I recently needed their help on very short notice after a hospital procedure. Everyone works as a team to help their clients, from the person who takes your phone call to the person who accompanied me home to the person who followed up with me a week later. They are efficient and caring and they are committed to providing safe and reliable service to seniors. This is the second time I have used Nurse Next Door; both experiences were great, and the second time was even better than the first - I think they keep making improvements to make their services even better. 5 stars doesn't do it any justice.They say it takes a village to raise a family and the staff at Nurse Next Door is part of my village. Raising a family doesn't start or end with children, its the full circle of care and compassion that brings us all together. Whether it's a call to check in, a kind gesture or a change in care I never once had to be concerned in these unprecedented times that my dad ever missed a thing. Thank you again for peace of mind.

My mom dealt with nurse next door after a severe injury from a car accident. Nurse next door was brought in my icbc to help my mom around the house. But nurse next door was just awful. They made my mom so uncomfortable. I will never forget how they treated my mother who was in severe pain. Always pushing her to do something to report to ICBC that she can work around the house. My mother has now passed away because of ICBC.
