I’ve been a member at numerous ranges across Canada and this is by far one of the best ranges I’ve used. The installations are top notch and the staff is super friendly and always available. Keep up the good work!!

Very helpful staff. Tales extra time to help order stuff needed. Good price on bullets and other needed things for shooting. Very safe place. To take time teaching younger generation how to safely shoot target .

Close to where I live.$30 for walk-in day pass.Service fast & friendly.The range is large, place to shoot your pistols, rifles and shotguns. 50-300 distance shooting.I will be back!

I love Stittsville Shooting Range! I love the skeet and trap ranges, the range staff are really cool and always happy to give you helpful tips to improve your shooting (Veronica was hilarious and helpful all at the same time), and Jess (inside at the desk) could not be nicer! This is definitely my #1 spot. You'll always meet a friendly face while you're there, too =)

So I have been a member here since this spring, and have had nothing but positive experiences when attending the range, until today. I booked range 4 of the pistol range for the afternoon of Dec 28. When I got there and drove up to the range, I thought it was closed. I can understand how the range was closed prior for 4 days due to the holidays, but there was 0 effort to maintain the range. There was still 2-3 feet of snow all over the range, there were absolutely no targets available, and all desks were covered with snow. It was as if the range was closed. As I was confused and wanted to clarify, I drove back to the club house and walked in. Once I walked in, I wasn’t even noticed or welcomed. I asked how it was going to one of the managers and he didn’t even bother to look up and say hi, but rather have his eyes glued to his phone without saying a word. After a couple minutes the other manager came and asked if they could help me. I asked if range 4 or 5 were even open and they said yes. I then asked why there were no targets up or any maintenance done on the range and their excuse was they were closed for 4 days. So today was basically a write off apparently as they didn’t even care that the range was inoperable. They should have been closed and cleaned up their ranges because it was brutal. The lack of care, friendliness and maintenance to the range was not acceptable as a member who is paying to use these ranges year round. I understand the snow just came yesterday but they should have at least tried to shovel something to let members access the range, rather than sitting around on their phones.

We have been members since the summer. The facility is well kept and offers ranges to suit all shooters. The staff is friendly and the shop is well equipped. I appreciate that members can come 5 days per week, but as a newcomer I would appreciate having staff supervision on Wednesday through Friday, rather than leave the shooters monitor themselves.

Amazing staff! They're always supportive and happy to help you out! Everyone at this facility always goes beyond the bare minimum to make your day a memorable experience.

Great service at the pro shop, range safety officers, and non members can use the range as well. Definitely recommend!

As a non-member gun owner, I had a lot of fun here. Came here on both weekend days, registration was smooth. The 50 yard ranges usually get filled up pretty fast, usually within the first hour or two of opening. Other shooters are really friendly, I forgot to bring my staple the first day and they were kind enough to lend me theirs. I typically visit Ottawa a few times a year so I'll probably come back.
