Just brought a car from Peugeot Marshall through salesman Ron, Ron was excellent throughout the whole buying process even when I wanted to collect my car a few days earlier Ron was able to sort within a few minutes .Highly recommend asking for Ron when buying a car through Marshall Peugeot Peterborough if you want a excellent buying experience.

My visit to this dealership was all good. A very attractive show room, offering a free WiFi facility whilst waiting. The front desk host Jackie was warm and welcoming, directed me to the waiting area and kept me updated throughout my time spent there, thank you. A professional and an efficient service. Highly recommended.

No customer service unless you go there for new sale.. Staff too busy with their own laughs... Only the lady on the reception was great

Do not purchase any warranty or sales product with these people. On two separate occasions I have contacted this branch as the vehicle they sold has had faults, on both occasions the service they offered was dreadful. I purchased additional warranty so that I'd have peace of mind, the first time I tried to contact them last year, they said they couldn't look at my vehicle which them deemed unroadworthy over the phone but couldn't book it in for inspection let alone repair for 4 weeks Couldn't offer a courtesy car either. Called them today and they said they cant book me in for at least 6 weeks, again no courtesy car. What's the point of forking out hundreds for warranty? I look after a vulnerable adult, I can't afford not to have access to this vehicle. Honestly, people, don't make the same mistake I did.

Review regarding Peugeot who was superb with us yesterday.We have come across many sales representatives over the years but none on this level. Ron was excellent with us and every bit dependable, with communication and trustworthy with the support given and collecting our new car. He made us feel valued and went above and beyond with us. I believe from what we saw he would be the same with other customers if our experience was anything to go by!We received a very high level of customer service and an outstanding quality to! Ron’s exuberance energy was infectious which made it such a pleasant and enjoyable experience for myself and husband.Ron exceeded my expectations and made every interaction a positive and professional one!On the morning of our new car collection, we knew to look for the tallest man as this is what he pre described himself to us, which should have been the man who was the most smiling one and one who has a heart and soul for his job. He was beaming & buzzing which really made me feel at ease and so comfortable. There is something very satisfying about seeing someone enjoy what they do for a living!Ron on every occasion made every effort to make sure I was happy with everything from start to finish and made sure that I understood and was satisfied. He even connected my phone which took the stress out of this situation for me, honestly nothing was too much trouble or bother & no question was invalid or unimportant. He was more than happy to spend some time with me on anything that I was unsure of (which is rare as the sale had already been secured and I wasn’t an after thought any more). He had no obligation to sit with me but he gave me as much time as I needed!I wish Ron the best in the future and hope he does not lose his sunny disposition as I appreciated his energetic attitude and outstanding customer service.

Had a fantastic experience with Naheem and his manager Vic. Fantastic customer service and will definitely be returning for our next car. They were supportive from start to finish and made sure we left happy customers by giving us a great deal and were very considerate of what we needed. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience buying a car

Marshall Peugeot have been my local dealership for last 7 months and have been extremely helpful whenever i've had a query. I recently had to switch cars and Ivan helped me from start to finish. Nothing was too much hassle for him, and he helped me to remain positive at times when I was anything but! I would of been truly lost without his help the last couple of weeks so thank you very much Ivan. 10/10!
