if i could give zero stars i would. we ordered our usual crab noodle soup and out of all the times we ate here, this was the first bad experience. the overall soup was very dry and bland, and we had very low level of soup and the lady we talked to simply said it was simply because of the noodles sipping out the entire soup, which wasn’t true. i have a picture, and she put TOO MUCH noodles when we didn’t ask for xtra noodles. paid $13 for an extremely unsatisfying meal, and got charged for $4 for something we didn’t even want that SHOULD’VE been FREE in the first place.

They have lots of good items but its too crowded specially the entrance where food and fresh produce are. I only shop here when i need some asian veggies or fish but if i dont have to go id rather go to places like walmart or safeway which is more organized and have smooth transactions

Very close to my house. It's good location for Asian people shopping. It can also offer middle east stuff like halal meat

So I gave this place a try on a recommendation from a co-worker. I will never go back again. The sub I got had spoiled chicken or something on it and as soon as I took the first bite I could taste it. I work in a location with over 100 employees and will make sure that I pass this along to everyone so they also don't waste their money here. Not sure about the rest of the store but stay away from the deli section for sure !

Plenty of products to choose from, good prices, and wonderful staff. They have a great food court that’s pretty fast and it has tons of variety.

The best and largest Asian grocery store in town, big and clean, very busy, plenty of products to choose from, good prices, and wonderful staff. They have a great food court that’s pretty fast and it has tons of variety. My favourite is their spicy noodle soup Bun Bo Hue and you can get this delicious tray of viet BanhMi sub to go.

I recently moved into an apartment 5 minutes from this place. What a hidden gem! The produce is top quality, English language labels are well-translated for people like me, the selection of rice, pulses/legumes, and spices is amazing, and a selection of ingredients from corners of Asia I’ve not found elsewhere in Edmonton. A very clean and well-kept shop.

Friday night August 25th 2017bought pandesal $2.69coconut milk $1.29tapioca pearls $1.09sweet potato yellow $1.84 (.99 cents/lb)previous visitFriday August 11th 2017watermelon on sale for $2.98sweet yellow potato on sale for .99 cents/lbTaiwan egg rolls $5.49previous visitI like the proximity of where I live to shop hereWhat I have discovered is you have to check their products expiry dates as it seems like the ones they put on sale are expired productsOne major thing I wouldn't buy here is their produce. They wrap them in plastic in bundles and when you get home and unwrap the package, half of the produce are no longer fresh with brown spots or closed to getting in a spoiled rotten conditionThat for me is a big no no!!!You are basically cheating customers paying for a product that ain't worth its actual priceI like their bakery productsIt seems like it's always fresh

Only one big box grocery store in Edmonton sells ice from a locally owned ice supplier and that is Lucky North. Everyone else sells ice from the American ice supplier. For supporting local, giving the people of Alberta a local option for ice I give Lucky North 5 stars. I would give them 10 stars if google would let me...On a side note... the vermicelli bowl is to die for here. You won't actually die if you eat it but you will think with each bite, man I have died and gone to heaven!

Pho place we used to love recently has lost its magic taste for their pho soup. Either they started to save money and put less meat or other issue, but soup is not as incredible as it used to be before. Sorry guys, we have to stop stepping by after grocery shopping.
