I would never go here and won’t refer anyone to this place ever. I had the worst experience. I booked my massage last month. There not a single thing went right.1) I came early so I don’t miss my appointment. Already filled all the forms online to save my time. But when I came early they made me sit and then after 5 mins of my appointment time, the masseuse came. I asked for hot stone and she said they don’t do it. (On website and even in store it’s written that they offer hot stone massage). Then I asked for deep tissue and again declined the service. She then asked me to book sometime else but with male masseuse which I am not comfortable with. Finally I agreed to get Swedish massage hoping for the best, but it was the worst massage I ever got. Please note I had already wasted almost 15 minutes in the above nonsense.Talking about the swedish massage, the massage therapist was on phone in the middle of the massage. It was like she was not interested in doing her job. I am a very small girl and trust me I could not even feel her hands. Had to go for another massage in just 3 days. NEVER EVER GO HERE

There should be an option for less stars. DO NOT sign up for their so called membership"

I hate to leave a bad review for the entire place, as I only experienced one massage therapist. I had expressed that I had a lot of tension knots in my neck and lower back and that I like a lot of pressure. The therapist spent most of the time just rubbing the middle of my back in these kind of odd rhythmic strokes that didn't target any of my muscles, and would lift her hand off of me and pause after every stroke. I found it really distracting. I've had many massages in my life, which is why I'm leaving this review.

Really happy with Kelly Martin's massage session. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. Will be back again for Kelly.

Went here end of last year (just putting a review now because I'm looking for a new place and this sparked my memory). I had 2 sessions here I believe (or 3, can't remember). First time it wasn't so bad, second time was worse. First time the therapist was fairly talktive which I am totally okay with and was asking the general questions if why I came in, where I needed attention, injuries, etc. But I just came in for a general massage to workout some kinks as pressing on some areas of my body hurt (ex. sides of my core for example or side of back). Concluded first session feeling alright, I guess. Then booked another appointment for a couple weeks later I believe. The therapist was surprised to see me back so soon and this time it felt very rushed (even more so than the first time) and we went over the same questions. For some reason, maybe a fault of my own as maybe I had a different idea of what a massage therapist does? They didn't understand I just want a general massage to workout the sore areas in my body (when I press on them as I mentioned above). They noted that the appointments should be a month apart or something. Anyway, second visit wasn't great and I gave Massage Addict a second chance after the okay first session. Isn't bad enough for 2 stars but okay enough for 3. No plans to come back.

Shilah was amazing! I love her holistic approach to treatment - she's the only RMT who's ever talked about proper nutrition to support the body with respect to her deep tissue massage techniques. Can't wait to book in another session!

Easy to book appointments, but they're pretty busy so make sure you book well in advance. Shilah was very good, very thorough, my partner enjoyed her massage very much.

I'm really sad to leave a negative review.But I wish you can read my review and try to improve your service.I booked an appointment for my husband for his birthday, his appointment was at 12 pmHe arrived on time, you asked him to fill out some forms it took him few minutes to finish , he waited for few minutes for the therapist to come and check his form , and the therapist told him to fill a missing information, so already he lost 10 min from the session, during the session the therapist didn't spoke a word, he didn't ask any questions about the pressure or anything ,Plus I ordered a full body massage, but what he was offered only shoulder and back massage, at 12:59 exactly the therapist told my husband that he is done and he left the room immediately without asking for feedback on the session, I was really disappointed because I wanted to treat him well on his birthday, definitely will not consider this place in the future.
