Terrible. Extremely paranoid staff. Not friendly at all. Home owners always worried about upsetting management

Great place to live

It's not the Hilton by far but staff is friendly, tenants are friendly. I've lived in the apartment building and now the townhouses. Rent is very fair considering the rental market right now in London. I've lived here 3 1/2 years now. Safe area, decent neighbours, great maintenance staff and management. Work orders are dealt with almost immediately. Honestly plan to live here for a long time :)

I grew up there. It's a beautiful community. Everybody bands together and has your back.

Constant police presence for violent behavior. Multiple drug user's and dealer's. Hallway's smell of drug's and cigarette smoke.It is a very unsafe environment to live in. It should be zero tolerance for the above mentioned occurance's.Nothing is being done about it. Due to this negative living accomidation's are high.Landlord and legal action seem's to be the way to get the attention of people supposedly"
