Went here for a pedicure and some facial waxing, and was thoroughly satisfied. The atmosphere is calm and clean. They had a variety of nail colours to choose from, and both the individuals who looked after me were gentle and kind. Price is appropriate and competitive for the service received.

First time at Namaste Spa and it was amazing, friendly atmosphere, very clean and Krystal definitely knew what I needed before I did! Relaxing but was able to work on areas that required a little more attention. Loved the massage and her intuitive nature and I was very impressed! Would highly recommend Krystal!

Business charges you for appointments that were never booked and/or confirmed. Went out of my way to cancel with them (even though I never booked in the first place and still got charged!). Tried to resolve peacefully over the phone but all I got was attitude and a lack of responsibility. Will be disputing the charge/getting a refund from my credit card company and never returning.Reply to business response - This is not what happened at all. The appointment was NEVER booked OR confirmed by me or anyone else. Was there an inquiry, yes! Was it ever actually booked, no! Went out of my way to try and get back to them but nobody answers the phones. Terrible way to do business but there are lots of other places in and around Sherwood Park who value their customers a lot more than this place.

Communication to book and up to the date of the mothersday appointment was easy and great. Staff were very kind and welcoming. My manicure though looked very unproffessional and ended up having to make another appointment at another place to get them redone. Next mothersday I'll try another new place somewhere closer to home.

This place is fantastic; I’ve had nothing but excellent service from every staff I’ve interacted with. I got a massage from Robby today, and it was incredible; he was thoughtful, kind, and really good at working on the tough spots. He even provided me with some excellent aftercare tips. Highly recommend.

Incredible spa! So happy with the day I got to spend here courtesy of my amazing husband. I received a massage, facial, light lunch and mani/pedi, all of which were relaxing and well done, by kind and accommodating staff. They used the Eminence skin care line for my facial and after bringing a few products home I cannot believe the change in my skin - amazing. Will absolutely be back.

I’ve been a client at Namaste for over 10 years and they never seem to disappoint. Between the smiling faces, wonderful atmosphere and amazing treatments. Most recently got a massage from Kirsten and I left feeling amazing.

Staff member Lizeta is a skilled masseuse with customer comfort and pain relief in mind. Excellent communication throughout the massage with regards to pressure and comfort. I would highly recommend!If you’re like me and have lots of kinks be sure to book in for 90 minutes to ensure they have to the time to work them out.Namaste is my go to for a massage!

I brought both my kids into Namaste Wellness Spa. My son who is 13 yrs old had the ear candeling done by Avi and my 12 yr old daughter had a facial by Pooja. They enjoyed it so much and had excellent service.
